This is literally the slowest computer on the planet.. I must have gotten a bad egg

Laptop very bulky. Some noise coming from the laptop while running the windows.

After one year of purchase the processor's fan became too noisy.

Never ever will I buy another HP PC again. Stay away from this cheap laptop

Needed a basic laptop for web browsing and casual gaming. This was a great price. Wasn't really looking for touchscreen but everything else around this price had lesser memory and HD space. Using mostly for browser gaming, works great with Forge of Empires and general online use. Getting more and more used to the touchscreen feature and use it more than the mouse now. Lightweight and compact.

Very pleased. Works great! No issues! Well worth the price for it's specs and touchscreen feature. For a mere $7.00, it now has Bluetooth. Connecting to the internet has not been a problem. Speed is more than adequate for everyday general use. I'm not a gamer. Battery life could be better, but that has been true of all the laptops I've owned. If you need a good laptop, and don't want to spend a fortune, this is a great laptop at a Chrome-book price!

I purchased this in store because my previous laptop crashed. My previous laptop was considerably more expensive with less storage and memory and no touch screen. I use this for working from my home. It has worked flawlessly from day one. It is light weight, has a wonderful touch pad response and touch screen response. No lag. I am really pleased, especially getting so much at such an inexpensive price!

Fast boot time! Very Nice Display, Easy setup with Windows 10 within 15 minutes. Nicely Priced during Cyber Monday @ $299. Touchscreen is fluid. No issues with the keyboard at all. Came with McAfee security and 1 month free of Office 365. Cons - Trackpad buttons are a little tight out of the box compared to other PC's I've used. The outer shell is a fingerprint magnet! May get annoying for some. Overall, a very good purchase thusfar.

I have always bought and been quite happy with HP laptops, but the latest one I had was a horrendous ProBook, notorious for its inherent bugs and error messages. Nonetheless, I decided to give HP one last chance, and I'm completely satisfied! This laptop has worked amazingly for my job, with me having a thousand MS Office docs open, a million internet tabs pinned to my browser, and all the while different media players going at the same time, and it's still super-responsive! For the leisure part of life, streaming video looks great, and has particularly good sound for the price of this computer. Windows 10 is still not my favorite, (as it has a visually wasteful interface), but I've been able to change a lot of settings that simplify things to an acceptable level. I literally have no use for the touch screen...(if it's bigger than an iPad...why on earth would you want to *reach* when a mouse/finger will do things much more quickly/efficiently!??). I suppose if you have a child that plays games it might be fun. All in all, this laptop is twice as good as my old one, and only cost half the price.

I have an older HP running windows vista and it still is chugging along but I thought it time I better get a new one and since I had good luck with my old HP I opted for another one. The rating and comments seemed better than average, I like the longer battery usage of 6 hours and so far I am very happy with it. I use MS office applications, social media and search the internet and it works fine with all these applications opened at one time. I’m a laptop guy not a tablet guy but I must say, I like the touch screen! The 2nd time I powered it up, windows did an update which took over an hour. I also experienced some type of virus warning, “ZUES Virus” while using google search. It froze up my browser and claimed Windows has detected a virus and to call tech support. It turned out to be a scam, so I hit control ALT delete and closed google and restarted my computer, all seems good now.

I purchased this laptop for my mother-in-law. She needed something with a bigger screen and that is easy to operate. She called me yesterday and went on and on about how great this laptop is. She said the touch screen capability is great, the battery life is very long and the overall feel of the laptop is perfect. She is very satisfied.

This laptop runs really smoothly. You can connect it to the TV , I use that for Netflix. You can also download and play games with this much storage.I am using the laptop right now to wright this review and still works beautifully .
