This is just another sub-standard product sold by Best Buy. I purchased this the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it has been nothing but trouble from the very first day. It would freeze up, certain aps wouldn't work - including the calendar and calculator. An update was installed and the laptop actually performed worse than before. I finally ended up doing an entire system reset and reinstalling Windows 10. It works better but still is undependable and will still will freeze up especially when trying to access Internet Explorer. As a customer I would expect Best Buy to stand behind what they sell, but apparently this isn't the case even after less than a month. This is fourth laptop I have purchased from Best Buy - including one for my mom. All of them have had issues and were sent in for repair, not to mention, the Lenovo that literally fell apart in my hands. It sat on a desk and one way when I opened it up, one of the plastic hinges broke and the screen became so loose, I had to prop it against a wall. I think I would learn about buying products from Best Buy, but maybe I am a slow learner. Well, this is the last - never again.

this laptop is terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. the touchpad doesnt pick up your finger movement programs turn back on after turning off battery sucks ive had mine a year and it was beyond slow since day one worst purchase ever will never buy this or any other HP laptop again

currently on year 2 of own a laptop of this make tho it one was before windows 10 came out as this on comes with it installed. laptop works fine for about 8 months then things drasticaly go down hill as fan starts dying on your, the buttons you use to click with when your using internal mouse like to break easily even if your not pressing hard as break from daily use. Alot of issues with how over sensative the touchpad is were you will have it do variity of things depending on if you have gesutres of pinch zoom on or ability to scroll down windows in browsers. has send this laptop in 3 tiems cause of faulty issues that only show up closer you are the warranty of the dam thing expiring. It not very durable laptop for someone who wants something for the long haul an not expect to keep renewing warrenty just ot have them fix issues with it

This computer is super slow! I don't have many software applications installed, so that can't be the issue. The touchscreen doesn't work great and you have to tap several times. The touchpad area is super sensitive, but have to click the left and right mouse several times. If I could return it I would have!

When I first looked this laptop specification, it was attracted. Bought one through Christmas sale. After used for one month, I would say this PC is not so good. It is really hard for hardware upgrade, such as RAM, SSD. The touchpad works weird, which made me lost several games. ANYWAY, I got what I paid.

I enjoy taking this with me wherever I go. I works well evertywhwere.

This computer is a piece of garbage. Every time I log in I spend anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour waiting on “updates”. Once these ghosts updates are complete, I end up having to restart the computer because everything says not responding. It’s garbage and a waste of money. I’ve been sitting here for 50 minutes today waiting on the restart and I still can’t log in. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy if I had one.

5 years of super light use and the hard drive blows up. Get the warranty.

It froze when I was setting it up and had to remove the battery. When it finally turned one it froze again and it's super slow! I exchanged it!

Took minutes to upload FBook. Video on FBook froze 2 x. Browser is SLOW. Typing is SLOW
