I haven't owned a laptop in many years and was quite apprehensive because a desktop was all I knew. Purchasing this device from your place of establishment was the best choice ever.

Being technology challenged, this laptop has been easy for me to learn how to use. Love the touchscreen.

This HP is an excellent laptop at an unbelievable price. It's fast and reliable. I've had it for two months without any problem. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I hate the fact that HP placed the touchpad slightly off center to the left. All my previous laptops had centered touchpads. Still haven't gotten used to that yet.

I bought this laptop for internet surfing, so far it has beat my expectation for speed and ease to use.

This computer was bought to replace a former Toshiba that died and the expense of repair was not worth it. This HP is used for online teaching, the processor is as quick as a prior i5 and it still has dvd slot. the connections with my HP desktop is good and this laptop is very quiet on running. I could not ask for more for the $ paid..

This is a great value for a laptop. It's got an i3 chip in it, so it processes basic functions rather quickly. I wouldn't buy it to use for gaming or video rendering, but if you're looking for a great value in a basic laptop this would be a good one. I use it for general www stuff like searching, video playback, music, photo editing, PHP programming, etc. It even handles multi-tasking rather well. For the price, its a great deal.

Great laptop for the home goer and student. Very quick and has alot of memory. Best bang for the buck.

This laptop is a bit large, but it does have a dvd/cd drive, touch screen and the all the ports needed - which are harder to come by now since most laptops offered in this price range are only lap'tablets'. I use this for college and it has a pretty good battery life, it's relieable so far and does fit in a regular size backpack.
