I like the speed and touch screen option, good size, not too heavy. Seem to be a lot of upgrade notifications, which gets confusing, but that could be more a software issue (Windows), not so much an issue with the computer.

I needed to find a laptop for a friend who is disabled. He wanted touch screen and voice command. This laptop supplied both. The screen is large enough for him to see everything. He is very pleased. It has enough bells and whistles to keep him happy and involved. The price was really good too.

We didn't need a computer with all the bells and whistles, it just needed to be able to stream videos easily and work on. This fit the bill and since my brother is a fairly tall guy and a fan of touchscreens he was in love. Just in case I purchase the Geek Squad insurance if anything goes awry.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter to use with her schoolwork. She has had it for two weeks now and we haven't had no problems with it. She likes this computer a great deal as always using it and it is user-friendly

the screen is very large and resolution is nice . cant wait to watch a movie on dvd player drive. compared to our old computer this is definitely an upgrade and we got nit at the outlet store for a steal. very happy

this computer with windows 10 works well, I never would have spent the extra money on the touch screen but after getting it I do very much like it. Haven't yet found any bad about it.

I wanted a second laptop, mainly for accessing the internet, and this computer fits the bill beautifully. Fast, compact, and easy to use. I needed the HDMI port to connect the computer to my TV for watching sports, and it works great. Very happy with this economical and versatile computer.

Good apps, great service from the geek squad and a decent price point made this computer a good buy for me. It handles what I need it to and has more to offer. Great computer for college student/small business owner!

I needed a new laptop and had a price point. I got the laptop for tuning and doing online classes. This laptop hits alot of high notes and is worth the price. Touchscreen is a bit touchy but I didnt get it for that

My wife and I were looking for a laptop to use with our ministry. We needed a laptop with a cd/DVD burner (which is hard to find) and also the ability to Bluetooth a projector if necessary. This laptop fit the criteria and came at a very affordable price. Plus I love HP products.

I do minimal multitasking, but this machine handles those times with no lags. The touch screen responds very well. Only complaint is the keyboard. It feels a bit shallow. Overall a good computer for the money.

This was purchased as a backup to avoid having to transport my primary but it became my favorite. Touch screen is a terrific time saver when doing research. And reasonably priced

After much research on my part my wife got a laptop for Christmas. It has worked out well for her. Her use is emails, facebook , & those kind of things. It has been easy for her to use & she doesn't have to use the home office. I would recommend the HP to anyone. Really fast.

the touch screen is great the size of the screen is great. I can't say I enjoyed when he was 10 but it has nothing to do with the computer the computer is Flawless as far as I'm concerned for what I need

This is my second laptop computer, ever. I like its sleek look. It is not cumbersome for me to move from one location to another when I need to do so. I have not had it very long, so I am still exploring how it will make my life easier. A very nice laptop for the price !

It is very light..easy to set up..I got this to replace my desktop that crashed..I love the option of a touch tone screen..I am satisfied with this product.

I purchased two of these. My daughter is starting college and I am pursuing my Masters degree. Just what I needed. Nothing fancy for gaming but It will surely do it's job at writing papers and research.

Computer fits my work needs, runs a little slow at times with my McAfee. I never use the touchscreen personally, but it is a cool feature. Love the screen size, it's a good value for the price so far.

I got this as a gift from the family and am pleased. The display is great and the performance is good. I like having a numeric keypad but I'm not a fan of the feel of track pad, otherwise I'm pleased.

This particular touchscreen HP device is quite a little machine. It has performed beyond expectation. I also purchased a Lenovo, around the same time. and that was such a disappointment.
