Our old laptop died suddenly so we went to Best Buy and found one that fit our needs. Salesperson and the Geek Squad were extremely helpful in that they walked us through product knowledge and even tutored us on the new laptop. Very pleased with the product and service.

Needed replacement for daughter. She's finishing up her senior year in highschool. This should carry her through her under grad work. Resolution and speed adequate for watching videos. Good computer for the money. Best Buy's customer service and support is good also.

I decided to buy a notebook (I heard pretty good things) after my 4 year old gateway decided to leave me stranded. I quickly realized that a notebook would not keep up with my schooling. My HP has been nothing short of impressive! The price was a great bonus as well.

Got this laptop for my teen daughter. Its not super powerful, but seems to be enough for what she needs. Not a bad price, and a TB. of memory is a pretty good selling point. Showed up on time too.

No problems so far. Easy to set up. We use it for everyday use such as bill pay, Facebook, ordering online. We don't use it for gaming. Only issue is Windows 10 is not compatible with my worksite.

I purchased 3 of these computers for my daughters for college. My husband's car was broken into and my daughters book bag with her laptop inside was stolen. She wanted the same computer because she like it! It is great for college students. Good value for the money.

I purchased this item for my daughter who is currently in college. I have an older model and she made sure that whenever she was able to receive one it would definitely be along the same lines. Although it takes some getting use to it is in fact very easy to use.

I used to have a Lenovo so for me is a great difference, but still this Hp is a good laptop. I do not run sofisticated softwares on it, but for the ordinary use is perfect. Very satisfied

I purchased this computer as a upgrade for our old computer. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for a fast,everyday use computer that doesn't want to spend a whole lot of money.

I bought this for my grandson for school since it was on sale. It's perfect for him and has many nice features. Since it was still on a special price that couldn't be beat, I bought another for my Mom who wanted a larger touch screen than she had. She loves it.

My wife and i purchased this laptop because we needed a better laptop than our current HP laptop. We also needed a cd/dvd drive for her games that she plays every now and then. It plays well and doesn't struggled with this laptop, we have enjoyed it very much!

We got this computer for my high school son who needed one for his schoolwork, etc. He plays a lot of games on it, of course, although it's not a gaming computer games works pretty awesome on it. The features and functionality work great and it runs smoothly.

I am pleased with my HP Laptop. I have bought HP Printers but never a HP Laptop. Easy to use and easy to carry with me. I am computer savy but this is a good printer for a beginner as well.

Other than the salesperson Matt trying to talk me into purchasing a different laptop in the $600-$700 range and being obnoxious, and making me feel like I was in a Car showroom being pressured to buy a car, the HP laptop for less than $300 was a great deal.

Good look and feel. Excellent condition. 6GB RAM makes the computer faster and windows 10 pre installing is awesome. Good product to use for home purpose only

This laptop is perfect for my purposes. Only two things could improve: 1) Best Buy should carry the screen protector for it- they don't; and 2) the laptop doesn't support Bluetooth headset.
