Great computer. Large screen, many options to use. But I find it is quite heavy to carry around in a regular computer case. Wished I had known that before I purchased computer.

I purchased this laptop for projects and work really good for a refurbished small issue is that firewall and antivirus is not to date need updating but other than that is great.

I needed a new laptop and when this HP Notebook went on sale on Black Friday I took advantage and have been very pleased. I find it to be very user friendly and easy to navigate.

I purchased this item for my son who is a student and I see him using it! That is always a good sign. It meets all of my, and his expectations and has not given us any problems.

This product features a good touchscreen and it is smooth when selecting and opening apps. Would recommend buying a mouse as the trackpad material feels stiff on your fingers.

I need a laptop to use while my desktop computer is in storage. This computer fit my needs and allows me an extra computer in case the desktop goes down. Nice to have a backup!

It works great for everyday home use. If you want it for more high end stuff and gaming/programming then I recommend you got with the i7 processor. Otherwise, this works great.

I like this computer. It has good speed for playing games and watching video's or going through things on E-mail and facebook. So I can say that I am happy with this computer.

Its a good laptop for the price. I think it should have included bluetooth and backlit keyboard. One of the keys is coming off after just a week's use. Stylish laptop overall.

I have no complaints at all. My cat ruined my old computer and I needed a computer fast due to taking online classes and running a small vinyl business from home! absolutely love it !

Got this as a replacement laptop for my son for his birthday. Decent value, and he loves the touch screen option. A little slow to boot up, but once it gets going it's fine.

I love that it is touch screen but also has the keyboard and a regular laptop. I can also download apps on it as well. Great for school work, everyday websurfing, and my youngest son also loves the apps as well. Does what I need it to do

I purchased this laptop to replace an older Dell that I had. I had problems with the Dell since day one. I didn't need a touch screen but I bought this one for the memory. I've only had it for a month so far but I am very happy with it.

Wasn't looking for anything fancy in a computer. I didn't want to spend too much and I loved my previous Hp. Happy with the new pc, mainly needed it for excel and internet.

Very good value for prize. Excellent processing speed. If you are looking for all the basic stuff on a laptop, this one got it all n it s reasonably prized as well

Bought this for my grandson, it's a nice laptop for a student at a reasonable price. The touchscreen works great, however you do have to clean it alot from the fingerprints.

Easy to use and understand at a very fair price. It's basically a down and dirty but it's all I need. I purchased this because the condo we are renting is wired and although I am retired, I still do business with some of my past clients.

I purchased this open box for my sister for half off the price. A few cosmetics issues here and there, nothing major. My sister has had no complaints and appreciates the touch screen for seeing and managing her pictures. Windows 10
