This laptop does everything I need it to do. It's quick. The display is excellent. No ugly surprises. Nice efficient, but nothing fancy.

I was looking for a laptop that had alot of memory. I found the HP and I love it , if anyone is looking for a laptop I suggested the HP.

bought laptop early January = had a problem so took it to the geek squad 2/2 - Nick signed me in - He had helped me a few times before w hen I needed help - I am 81 years old and I want you to know that he is very patient, kind, a pleasant experience - and on 2/3 when I picked up my lap top that young man was also familiar to me from previous visits and he too was a terrific young man - sorry I can't remember his name. You should be very proud of these two employees. In fact I have never had a bad experience at the Best Buy.

works great for my school needs, I do find that the battery dies rather quickly though.

It's not the best laptop out there. You do get what you pay for. But for the price and the specs (and bonus of touch screen), I would say it's decent for checking emails, going online, etc. Everyday activity. I wouldn't get this for a more advanced computer user. More like for a parent or grandparent that hardly uses a computer

This has been a great laptop. I've had it for a little over a year. No issues and the touchscreen is a very awesome feature.

My wife wanted her old HP Computer replaced. This is very similar but more up to date.

Just paid the base price for this laptop - since I already had a disc for microsoft office and had an existing security system for use on multiple devices - only problem was with loading the office product - once loaded and updated had to try multiple times to get the laptop to work - Geek Squad said this is really a Windows 10 problem that happens occasionally - Currently have no problems with the PC

She likes that it is touch screen and fits all her needs. It just doesn't fit in her backpack so she has to carry it in another case.
