Never having owned a HP before, it's taken me time to figure it out. I'm more comfortable with it now and like the features. I do like the touch screen. Being 72 y/o I'm far from a techie and mainly use it for email, light games, paying bills.

Bought this laptop for my dad and he loves it.....

Bought the laptop as a replacement for my sister who just got her firts real job after college and its perfect. She does not need to use it for work, she take one night class and it suffices. She can binge watch Netflix and write papers.

I bought two of these, one for my grandsons for streaming movies, one for my husband for email and web browsing. The latter was set up for utmost ease and lack of anybody else's "cookies". Both work well for what they were purchased for.

This laptop is perfect for our basic use. My teen can use it for papers for school, my 8 year old plays Minecraft and Roblox on there, and my husband uses it for email. We bought a wireless mouse for and over all it works fine for them.

Satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. I read the reviews online before deciding and it is what I expected. The mouse pad is a little delayed at times as well as the touch screen. Overall I am happy and would purchase again.

This HP laptop does everything I need it to plus a whole lot more. It is fast and reliable and very user friendly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the Hp - 15.6 Touch-screen Laptop - Intel Core I3 - 6gb Memory - 1tb Hard Drive. It's everything I wanted in a laptop and it didn't cost a small fortune.

This computer is great if you are thinking about getting a PC it's more of a starter computer and the screen I wish was better quality but for the price it's a great PC for starters or to us just for spread sheets and surfing the web

Having a hard time senting up my Laptop! Don't want to junk up my new laptop, but I need to transfer documents and apps from old computer. I love working with Window 10 software.

This computer is great for school work. It's okay for gamming. However the battery life isn't the best. There's no back light for keyboard and the case leaves finger print smudges.

This lap top was purchased for my grand daughter for her birthday. She was excited when she got it and transferred all her data from her Dell lap top to this one almost immediately. She does a lot of graphics with it and so far has had no troubles (and she would have certainly have told me if she had).

The first one I bought was a gift for my HS daughter. Shortly after my personal Laptop died. So, my wife bought me the same one. A couple of weeks later, my Son was hinting what a great Christmas gift it would make so we bought number three. Easy to set up. Works great. Excellent value for the money.

Tried iPads but found I've been so used to a laptop I couldn't go without Bought HP because of past experiences and use one for work I like them the best Also the sales people at Bestbuy are the best Always able to answer all of my questions The GEEK squad is also great when there is an issue

Wonderful attentive young man who very much helped my son and I with the purchase. I forget his name. Very young 20's dark skinned of Indian decent. He was very helpful in guiding us toward our decision. Delightful young man!
