I bought this for a family member who need a great computer for college. She is going for computer technology, so I wanted to get her something that was just a little bit better than your average laptop. So far she loves it!

Good quality overall, not many bells or whistles. Key pad can be a bit touchy- meaning you have to tap a bit deliberately. The touch screen is a very nice feature.

Very please with the system overall. Not so pleased with Windows 10, but admittedly, I need more time with 10. Running 7 and 8 on other pc's. I haven't found a setting yet for the touch pad, and find it so sensitive that I often touch it with my thumbs while typing, causing unintended actions.

I had this laptop from BestBuy and ever since then, I have been feeling good about it. I asked a friend about this online store to get a laptop and BestBuy made my day after it was delivered. I got my works done earlier than before, my old PC has been left aside to welcome a better change lol.

Based on statements from our grandson, the computer is providing him what he needs. He has downloaded Microsoft 365 for schoolwork, etc. He has had his computer less then a month and seems very happy with his new laptop.

I bought for my 16 year old. He specifically didn't want a touch screen but what was at the store in my price range and with better memory was this one.....so far so good.

I bought this Laptop for my wife to replace her old computer. This has been perfect for the family and for her to complete her work at home. it has all of the updated programs some were trials but for the price of the computer I completely understand. HP is the best product for computers.

I didn't have a particular computer in mind when I went to purchase one, just certain features that I wanted. The store employee recommended this one and it has worked fine for my needs and fit nicely into my budget!

We bought this model after explaining our needs and budget to the salesman. It does everything we needed it to do, included a DC/DVD drive so we didn't need to buy an external drive, and came in well within budget.

I brought this laptop for my Grandson he's just nine, he loves it. now he has his own computer to do his homework. When he has time he also practice his stick time with real flight simulator for flying RC planes.

luv my new hp laptop only thing is i can't figure out how to use my dvd to play the disc, i open the disc player, put disc in, and nothing happens, i'm not computer savvy, so don't know where to go to get it started

Having a few issues with the touchpad and clicking, but I have not asked for help from the Geek Squad yet either. Still getting used to Windows 10 and Edge and its PDF viewer (wish I could delete the PDF viewer).

low cost but good laptop, not what we're used to, but for cost a good value. Keyboard is off a bit from normal placement, hard to get used to. Good for first laptop,

I purchased this laptop on sale and I have to say it was well worth it. I use it as a supplement to my desktop trading platform, to monitor news etc. I use a second monitor from the hdmi connection and I have had no problems. Iam not editing videos or gaming on it but works great.

Bought this for my parents along with geek squad protection for 3 years. We have used the services from the geek squad multiple times already because my parents are in their 80's and even though they are pretty tech savey they still need help sometimes when something quirkey happens.

The service from geek squad was great. Nothing to complain about. Greek squad always there for me whenever my laptop malfunction. The only question they’ll ask you is what’s wrong with and they’ll take care of it

This is my first touch screen computer, At 80 years old my learning curve has not been as steep as I desire. My only complaint is that resting my wrists on the computer while typing sometimes messes things up. overall I am very pleased with it. The Geek Squad has been very helpful.

I picked this laptop up on a Best Buy Deal of the Day for a great price, and it has been a decent basic unit so far. Not overly fast, but it's only a 2.4 gHz processor. Would recommend for basic work and uses.

I did quite a bit of comparing, first spending quite a bit of time convincing myself that reducing to a 13" laptop wasn't for me -- too small. Mid-level specs work fine for me, and I've been pleased so far.

i like this laptop overall but was a little disappointed that it doesn't flip over for easier use of touch screen. That is something we forgot to check on before purchase. Otherwise it would of got 5 stars.
