It was a open box laptop in good working condition it was little damaged on the corner with breakage in body and it did not come with charger.

Everything works well with this laptop, from watching Netflix to browsing the Web. Only issue is the speed to load...otherwise a great buy.

This Hp laptop is a little too cheaply made for my tastes. No operating function lights to inform when hdd is cycling, etc. Otherwise ok.

I purchased the product at the summerllin Nv. Store. The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, personable and cared about giving customer service. You need more individuals like this. They don't grow on trees! These kind of people just don't care about the money. I myself was a national sales manager for over 30 years. I know it when I see it. Take the time to observe this individual, you'll be rewarded for the effort.

My 8 yr old HP computer finally quit on me so I went to Best Buy to possibly get repaired. No way, too old. Next, a laptop. Found a great HP laptop. Still learning how to use Windows 10. Slowly.

Setup was easy. Purchased Windows 10 for Idiots and watch youtube videos for additional help since not familiar with Windows 10. Otherwise great product. Loads within one minute after turned on.

For the purpose of what the receiver of the gift needed , it was more than fine. It more than serves the purpose for her line of work .
