This is my first 'personal' laptop as I have always had a work supplied computer so it is taking some getting used to with the differences in programs and applications. So far, so good!

I bought this laptop as a backup for the one I already own. It has more capacity than the one I have, so I intend to store and use more of my large files on it than on my current one.

A good product for a good price. I did not require to do much with the laptop. Hence it fitted my purpose and budget well enough.

Purchased two for my 17 and 15 year old grandkids for Christmas. I added Office 365 and Webroot software. They were pleased and said this is what they needed for school and some games.

No problems with this laptop. Price could be a little better and all the upsell could be included, IE..Virus protection etc. etc

Sounds great in my prewired great room...just plug the HDMI from my cable box and blue ray right through the amp and into the TV...everything else was automatic. Couldn't be happier.

I like the size and weight ( I used to have a 17"). I like having a touchscreen. I wanted a CD/DVD player which it has. It really is great and the price was just what I wanted to pay.

This seems to be a very good product and I have not yet learned to appreciate it full. Looking forward to using it more in 2017!

I'm not accustomed to using a notebook so my usage is not as easy as it might be if I were more experienced with the equipment.

Just got The laptop works great so far, don't download Microsoft office until after you 30 day free trial, just a tip for you, otherwise you will looked whole Months worth of office

The HP laptop has a pleasant and elegant appearance and easy to use. But the re-start/initiation was slow and took quite long.

This purchase was to replace my old laptop which had windows 7. This laptop has windows 10. I am still learning slow but sure.

I read reviews before buying this laptop and it didn't meet my expectations for the amount of money I forked over. E.g. It was lacking bluetooth which I expected for this price range of laptops. It also has an unreliable wifi card, it's not as good as my phones wifi feature. Overall it's not too bad for a cheaper end laptop though.

Works great. The frame of the laptop is not so great it's flimsy. Needs some improvement

Does everything I want, including online gaming, social media, and PowerPoint presentations. Feels light and fragile, though.

As stated above, this is my first lap top and it's a little different from my computer so I'm still learning things about it.

The first laptop I bought didn't work correctly. It hung and didn't work. I took it back after Christmas and upgraded to this one. My son has been happy ever since with this laptop.

I love this laptop but I am computer illiterate and need a live-in geek to help. The personnel at the store were very helpful.

It is a great computer for the price and my needs. Love the touch screen but forget to use it coming from a standard laptop.
