I Love this Touchscreen Laptop! Easy to setup and user friendly.

I needed a basic computer to do some stuff online and browsing and this computer is great for that. The guy tried selling me a $1200 computer but I was like bro you’re not listening, I just need a basic computer for basic stuff not all into gaming and programs and stuff. Great basic computer

We got this for my wife to do general computer work on, check email, and light gaming. It is by no means a gaming PC but it runs things she like to play, like Stardew Valley. It is not very future-proof but the price is really good for these specs. It should be good for her needs for several years.

Had been looking for a laptop to replace my desktop for a long time, and this met the requirements well. Also, this came at a good price as was being expected. Overall, a very sturdy laptop that you can allow yours kids too to use without much worries about it being too delicate or light.

I am using this computer presently mainly to look for a job and it's fast and easy to find topics like I said before so for me, it's work excellent hope that it keeps doing the jobs other brands I had just didn't cut it. great job HP for this reason I even bought a wireless all uses Printer, copier and scanner also working great

What I need and great price. Works great and I love it

My first impression out of the box was that this laptop seemed so flimsy compared to my old HP "brick" it is replacing...very flexible plastic in the wrist rest area as well as the entire keyboard, not at all the sturdy feel I was used to. The next disappointment was the speed, which compared to the old one that takes 15 minutes to totally boot up, is still much faster, but not at all what I expected from the newer processor, a 1 TB HD, and that much memory....which should totally blow away the legacy models--it didn't! Then, the greatest disappointment was the lack of 5G internet compatibility, which rendered it useless for some office applications and networking. So, it was a cheap upgrade due to the great sale, but I really wanted something better to work with.

It’s a great computer it’s fast it is a thin light weight computer I would recommend this computer to any one who wants to get a new computer it has a lot of storage space on it it is easy to use I usually don’t like to get on computers but this one is simple my husband wrote a 50 page paper on it and didn’t have any problems

Bought 2 for the kids. Probably had them for 2 years. Still working great. I guage that last remark on, I don't have to go in there and help with random things wrong. The kids still love them. One plays minecraft and watches youtube and random games. One does homework research/projects, youtube.

Laptops with CD/DVD Drives are so hard to find now. This laptop has it, and it works like a charm! I also love the touch screen. After using an IPad for the past few years, I often found myself touching the screen of my old laptop and, of course, it didn’t respond. I don’t have to worry about that anymore. Lol

It has been worth buying because of the touch screen..

I have had this HP Laptop for about 2 months now. I love it! I like that it's touch screen. It does come in handy! The resolution is great. Battery life is good. You need to make sure this lap top is completely shut off before you close it or it wont finish shutting down and it will kill your battery.
