I purchased this laptop for my school-teacher wife who needed something beyond what her school district could provide. Good laptop for the price. I've always had good luck with HP laptops (I had one that lasted me 10 years)

Replaced a 5 year old laptop with this one. Gave it 4 stars because I had to exchange it after one day as it froze several times. There was no problem exchanging it and the 2nd one is working fine. Easy and quick setup

Excellent specification and buy for the money. Bought it for my College going daughter.

Battery life is bad, it lasts for about hours. Good for students use ( Word, Powerpoint) not for editors or games. It’s an i3 so it’s slow a little bit and takes time to load stuff. But it’s not that bad for students.

All in one computer, love the tablet mode. Battery life could be a little better.

Fast and efficient system. The only down is the letters on the keyboard should be larger/brighter. The price is not outrageous and the functions are top of the line. I would recommend this computer for business and students. An outstanding value for the price.

I bought this as a gift for a friend and that friend can't stop thanking me for the amazing computer. I did try ti personally and I think that is a pretty decent computer for everyday use and the price is unbeatable.

I do not need a fancy computer, just do e-mails, social media and some web searching. Want to be able to keep some pictures on it and it has enough storage. Easy to set up and works well so far. I am happy with it.

This is my first laptop and it seems much easier to deal with than the HP desk top which i bought about 4 months ago. I can't do the "finger mouse" thing very well and didn't like the keyboard, so bought the add on mouse and keyboard and that works fine

I bought this computer cause I needed something for my daughter and for me. Haven’t tried to do anything else other than internet. So for the low use, it does what it needs to do. Plus it was pretty inexpensive.

I wasn't expecting a laptop for Christmas so it was a good surprise. I am still getting used to the touch screen, as my last laptop did not have this feature, I'm not used to having smudges, so I may have get a get a stylus. I have had no problems with it.

It's a great laptop with lots of space and capability. As a student I can run multiple programs at a high performance. Touch screen is a nice effect but I personally don't use it too much to keep it clean

I love everything about this laptop. Easy to use and it's touch screen! As an avid tablet user, laptop was never my thing but this laptop changed all that. it's light weight not too heavy, I've been using it for 2 months now and no problem so far.

Lightweight laptop. Works well for a computer priced under $400. Processor has decent speed. Takes while to boot up though. And wish the keys were backlit. Overall, not a bad choice for a cheaper laptop.

i am not a gamer. But with office and internet plus USB 3.0 and all the harddrives I have hooked up runs and works GREAT. Still getting use to the Touch Screen but in most cases I use a mouse. Battery life seems good about 5 hours and still had life.

First HP Laptop I've had and it's been great so far.

It’s my first laptop so I’m still learning it. The battery doesn’t last as long as I thought. All in all for my first laptop I like it. I don’t like all the confusing Microsoft programs, but I will learn.

I needed to replace my business laptop quickly, as the other one had a hard drive problem. This item fit the bill and is faster than the one i replaced. Unlike the other reviews on WIFI speed, i found no speed problem. Price was a good discount.
