Although I wish the initializing process could be simpler and automatic for computer novices like me, the laptop turns out to perform quite well as expected - fast, and reliable at a reasonable cost Quite pleased with the purchase of this laptop

I liked the touchscreen capability. it was so easy to maneuver. The key was responsive. However, sometimes when the touchpad was a bit unresponsive the touchscreen helped. I wish there was number pad.

Bought for my son. Good computer for the value. Prefer Dell because they simply are better built than HP, last much longer and preform better. However, for the price this was too good a value to pass up.

The computer is easy for the kids to use and they enjoyed it. They mostly like the touch screen ability of the laptop.

My main laptop was constantly shutting down on me, and because the semester just started, I didn’t have time to fix it. So I went to buy a reasonably priced replacement until I could. This was perfect for that and I can take it with me to class.

Computer runs too slow for me. I would not recommend it to a friend. I need something that runs faster.

My uncle sadly abused his old laptop by cooking and using his laptop and so he needed a replacement. Many choices in the store but this one caught my ee. Touch screen and easy for a senior to use.

I love HP and I tend to keep a unit over 5 years this seems like it will be a keeper for what i use it for which is internet searches, reading, gaming and streaming did have to learn new keyboard

Better than windows 8. Taking some adjusting but i think i will like it

Bought this for my daughter who was away at school. It worked well for the first almost two years. Then the power cord wire frayed and kept failing to charge. Bought a replacement and everything was OK for a few months. Then the battery failed to hold a charge for more than 30 minutes. Bought a replacement and everything was fine for a month or two and then it started to fail to charge the battery. Ended up replacing after 2 years. Meanwhile my work laptop was still going strong after 4.

This laptop is nothing fancy, but for a 3core it is not bad. Does the job for work and school and wouldn’t be hard to operate for someone who is a little less tech savvy than the average joe.

Needed a computer to surf the web, use Microsoft office suite...nothing too elaborate. Found this computer which checked all of my boxes and was relatively inexpensive. Very happy

This laptop has a great price for being touch screen, the processor is a bit slower compared to the new generation but works great if you don’t need to open several programs simmultaneously

Bought a few days ago after my laptop I bought in 2011 died finally. Touch screen is awesome, I love that, but web pages just seem kinda slow to load. Other than that, I absolutely love it!

I bought this laptop for school purposes and it is awesome! It is quick and i absolutely love the touchscreen ability because it makes signing documents so easy and authentic. It had ample space for what I needed.
