Awesome for my daughter

Good Laptop So Far
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a 12 year old laptop still running vista and I liked it and did not want a new laptop but it was time so I researched this one at Best Buy since I bought the other one there and it lasted so long. This has been a good one for me so far. I hope to not have to buy another one for another 12 years. And I bought the Total Tech plan and have used it several times already. Best Buy employees are there to help until you decide what you want.

Excellent laptop

I did use geek squad to help transfer everything from my old HP and all my pictures and files were there for me. I don’t use the touch screen much but it’s nice to have. Only one minor problem and that’s the door for your cd/dvd doesn’t always open when you press the button on the side however it’s nbd.

Very Nice computer and TV

The hp laptop computer is really perfect for our needs but I still am trying to work with Windows 10 without losing what I thought was all set up. So it's software issues not hardware. Our beautiful new Tcl tv is wonderful and we love it. just have questions on adding net Flicks or Sling to it for some movies options. We are not tech savory.
