A good laptop with Intel I3 for the price. Has plenty of memory and storage.

Laptop runs fast and boots up quickly. Nice large screen. Screen seems a little washed out, though. Wish the colors were brighter. Keyboard is responsive, but plastic keys feel cheap and noisy. Machine is lightweight. All in all, its very good if you want a laptop with a good amount of memory, speed, and affordability.

The price is good. The features are excellent. Plenty of memory and the touch screen is a nice feature.

I wanted an affordable laptop to use mainly for internet access and this model was a good choice. I am not a technoweenie so my comments are from ease of use as a user. I didn't need a high powered, game oriented, streaming movie type laptop just a nice, reliable, internet oriented machine. I am very pleased with my choice. Only thing I don't like is the on button which is a bit wimpy compared to my old laptop but no biggie.

Laptop is good, Windows 10 is one step above Vista. You can not do a group email with this computer with Windows 10, what a disappointment.

I did extensive research before making my purchase. The time it takes the computer to start up and shut down is very fast. One of the features that sold me on this HP was the touch screen. I love the option of using the mouse to make a selection or touching the screen.. And the price was great. I got it when it was on sale and the price was hard to beat. Overall, this was a good purchase for me.

decent speed, good memory, touch screen is an added bonus

It's a fairly decent laptop for its price once you uninstall a lot of the bloatware that's on it. (biggest culprit that was affecting the laptop was the mcafee stuff that was already on it, took about 10 mins for it to uninstall) After you uninstall majority of it all and update the drivers its a pretty decent kinda fast laptop.

Was looking for a laptop that would not break the bank for my son that had at least 1 TB hard drive, 8 GB RAM and sufficient processor speed (at lest 2.4 gigahertz) and a touch screen for around 400 dollars. This HP laptop meets all those and so far so good, my son is very happy with this laptop with no issues.

We bought this computer to mainly run 1 program needed for business purposes. Works great right out of the box. Easy setup and no glitches so far.

Bought a s a Christmas gift. Recipient couldn't be happier. Nither could I. Great product at a great price. Touch screen with lot of space...just does get much better. Think i'll be gettin one for myself

I am really pleased with this product. I didn’t want to put any more money into my old laptop, so I went to Bestbuy, told the sales person my preferences & price range, & chose this product. It’s both touch screen & keyboard oriented, has plenty of capacity, has a nice touch, & while up to date still has the CD option which I wanted. It’s been a good purchase.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my sister to do college work on.. She lives the touch screen and the windows 10.. very easy to acclimate to

I am very happy with this purchase. Added bonus to this inexpensive laptop is the touchscreen. I didn’t realize how much I would use it. I have only had this 1 day and have been pleasantly surprised. I bought this for household budgeting, taxes, surfing the internet, and picking up emails, has not disappointed. Only complaint I have is there is no backlighting on the keyboard. Some have said the resolution on screen is bad and system is slow. Really, it is not that bad. This is not a gaming rig or one for doing artwork in detail, but it does its job well, especially for the price. And watching movies and playing small games is not an issue. Very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this laptop a while back so that I could use it for college. It was the best purchase I have ever made, and i would recommend that any college student purchase it as well. The only down side is the weight of the laptop. It isn't the lightest, so transferring it can be a little hassle.

I purchased this laptop mostly for working from home after my Toshiba gave up the ghost. I like the touchscreen. 10 key was a must.

I am not sure I like the Windows 10, but I need to read up on it some more. I love the computer tho.

Bought this HP laptop for my daughter to replace her business laptop that died. Luckily she had a backup and I was able to easily restore everything to this one. This has lots of space & speed, & is quite light. My first experience with Windows 10, it's not has bad as I thought it would be. Laptop is only a month old, we'll see how it holds up.
