Bought this as a gift for my wife's birthday. When my kids saw it they were immediately jealous as it had so many more features than theirs. We were not disappointed.

Finally gave in and officially switched back to a laptop, use it for general uses like surfing the web, email, MS Office function, etc. Cannot comment on gaming, as I do not use it for that function. Overall a pretty good value for the price I paid.

Within a month of getting this laptop, the hard drive crashed. It took months to finally call in the warranty. Dell provided a shipping label and is fixing it for free under warranty. Otherwise, super easy to use, reactive touchpad and screen. Would recommend.

It’s a good computer not fast but very good and cheap

I purchased this for my grandson and he is so happy. He takes it everywhere he goes and can do his work in the library and at home and even at his friends house. Works really great. The only con is he wishes the hard drive was bigger but hey next present here comes the portable drive. Very cost effective.

This is an inexpensive laptop that is used for basic day to day stuff such as emails and web browsing. It does the job that I need. Graphics card is not the best, compared to my Lenovo laptop, but I was not willing to pay a premium price tag just for that.

We were in the market for a laptop to replace a broken tablet. We had tried a lower priced laptop and we extremely disappointed in it. When we returned it, we asked for a recommendation from the sales staff. They recommended this HP laptop and we have been very happy with it. We would buy it again.

This is a very easy to work with computer. The battery life has been excellent so far I've had no problems working on it it is used for my business and also for my children's homework and everybody has been very pleased with the way it handles so far

I purchased this for my daughter she not very tech savvy was hoping a cortona could help her out a bit. She was definitely a help during set up tell my daughter to wait. It’s been a good purchase for her she struggles at times but is getting better.

We have owned this laptop for a couple of years and are happy with it. We use mostly with productivity type software such as Email, Google Apps and MS Office but also do so a bit of graphic design using Sketchbook. The computer works well with all.

Got this for keeping track of my clients and for our side med billing business. We have lots of aps open at the same time and it works without a hitch. No slowdowns and keeps working all day long. Also does not get hot like my last laptop.

This laptop was purchased for my brothers Taxidermy business for him to keep track of his sales, hides, skins, invoices etc. Also, for all the chemicals he orders for his fish, painting on them and where all he orders the stuff from.
