Not the newest, fastest, brightest, biggest one out there but it's great for basic email & web surfing for kids or college students. Can handle all your basic needs and has decent battery life for way less than most laptops out there!

I finally broke down, and got rid of my 2 year old Dell which was a piece of garbage. This guy was on sale, and he has worked from jump street. Everything was easy to install. Good battery life, and so far no problems. On/Off button seems very small, but no issues found to date.

All the functionality I need - only thing I would change is that it actually shut OFF when you shut it down / it's died on me too many times in class because I didn't hold down the power button / other than that - it's pretty awesome

My daughter is using the notebook to watch videos and do online searches. She loves it and we have not had any issues with the notebook. She carries it everywhere and can be kind of ruff on it but it just keeps on keeping on. Very good value for the price. I do recommend>

Good laptop but found I don’t really use the the touch screen as much as I thought I would Next laptop would be without the touch screen option.

Good computer for office work. Fast and simple. Easy to setup and get to work. Graphics not really tested. Runs office programs and other web based software just fine. Letters on keyboard have begun to wear off a couple months in.

I had help from the Geek Squad and another Nerd Friend and between them they got me up and running within a very few days...It was mainly that my documents did not transfer so I could read them... and a couple other miner details but overall it was a smooth transition...

When I first begin using the computer it was a little frustrating, I believe it to be due to the frustration of getting locked out of it due to this spam that popped up upon first starting it up. But once that was cleared up, there were not any more problems getting on.

This large and inexpensive laptop works well for basic uses. Large sized screen and full keyboard provides both a large viewing and typing area to work with. The overall weight of this HP is a bit heavy and bulky to carry.

This is a budget priced laptop but it isn't a no frills machine. Add your preferred productivity and security software and you are good to go. No, it isn't an ultra fast system or a near super computer in computing ability, but for the average person it will suffice.

I was looking for quite awhile for a home office Lap Top and it had to have a 15 inch screen and also have windows 10. This Lap Top was perfect, and had all the things I was looking for in the price rage. I would diffidently recommend this lap top. Great deal.

I was familiar with HP products and have a laptop for work. However, this one did not do it for me so I returned it. And I do not like the Microsoft 10 product, either.

Bought this for a young school child in a special ed class. School would not provide a computer but without one the child could not execute needed lessons at home. Kids are "computer literate" younger and younger and he loves "his own computer". Win-win for all.

I told the salesman what I was looking for and he recommended this laptop. I failed to mention I needed a disk player but was pleasantly surprised to find it had one. He also was very helpful in helping me choose the software I required. So far very pleased.

Was looking for a laptop to run my small business and this one has been great. I wish it was a little faster but that my fault as I should have paid more attention to the processor.

The Irvin Foundation gives these laptops out to college freshmen and they love them. Seem to be reliable with no real problems to report. Although some have reported problem with the touchscreen from time to time.

Keys are a bit confusing. I could not find the @ key the y button was actually z. I had to spend some time figuring it out. It has some good features though touchscreen

This computer is ideal for general usage- internet browsing, creating documents, etc. My only complaint is the operating system is a little slower than I expected, but overall great value for the price of this laptop.

Good device for minimal use. Touch screen works good and it linked to my printer with no problem. The only thing is the apps and navigating to and from the internet.
