Needed a new laptop after my last one that I had for 5 years crashed. Went to Best Buy because I knew that I would get a great computer at a good price. Bought this one and it’s awesome right out of the box. Fast processor and does everything I need it to.

This is turning out to be a great machine for my college freshman. Fast enough, light and durable. She recently upgraded to this and we did not have a lot of money to spend, so this was a great option for her budget.

Every laptop I’ve purchased at Best Buy has worked out wonderfully for my family. My youngest daughter really needed a laptop before she went back to college and she was the first want to get one. She loves it even today in her junior year.

Great laptop for a student. Large hard drive. Fast processor. Nice to have the optical drive too. A little on the big side but that makes the screen a good size too. Fun for medium intensity gaming as well.

I am a criminal defense investigator so I use this laptop every day. I watch a lot of videos ranging from officer body cam, store surveillance, court videos. I write a little of reports and do loads of Internet searching. It handles it all flawlessly!

Purchased laptop for light use in teaching class. It works very well. Didn't like that Best Buy talked me into buying extra antivirus software I did not need.

Best Buy employee was a lot of help on picking the right laptop for the job. Very knowledgeable and explained the differences on laptop and by giving him the purpose of the laptop he directed us to the right one.

Last Toshiba laptop last 3 1/2 yrs, so I decided to try HP. Like it a lot, updated technology since few yrs ago, Intel Core i3. Had my Microsoft phone support help me set up. Hope to get more than few years from it. Good buy once again from Best Buy.

I bought this computer because my wife needed a Windows machine for an online class she is taking. The software isn't Mac friendly so she needs a Windows laptop. Long and short, we've been disappointed with everything about it. The processing speed seems sluggish, it's crashed several times, installing and licensing software has been a royal pain, we've had to reinstall Office twice. We had to write it and reinstall the OS. we've only owned this device for 3 weeks! If there's 1 more problem with this machine is going back and we'll Just take our chances with using Parallels (windows) on her Mac instead. I fully admit we purchased this particular computer based primarily on price but the expectation that even a cheap computer should work still exists.

This computer has a lot of new features for Windows 10. A great update from Windows 7 which is what I had before. Would highly recommend for any adult wanting a simple computer for home use or minor accounting.

Got this laptop on sale and it turned out to be a great buy. Responsive keys, good screen size and enough power to do what is needed be it school work or net surfing. It is also light enough making portability easy.

This laptop is good for basic needs such as checking emails, using office 365, or simple games. Sometimes it does freeze and take a while to load things, but that could also be due to network connectivity.

I've been loving this computer! Hasn't slowed down one bit, and it's been handling my work and while seeing videos and music

Excellent replacement for my son's previous laptop who is off to college. He likes it and there simply have been no issues.... I love the fact I bought it online and he was able to pick it up 8 hours away near his apartment..

Good for what it is in the price. Only issue is that while the screen is large the resolution (pixel count) is really low so the screen quality is slightly dissapointed. However for the hardware it’s great

I like everything about it but I thought the office programs came with it. So I have to buy the office program now . I asked that question and the salesperson said it Did. That was very disappointing.

Had it for about a year and my adult grandson was watching Netflix and it stopped working. I haven't taken it in to have it looked at but I think the screen is broken on the inside.

A great device to have with big screen and having excellent color resolution. Better RAM to have good speed while doing office work. Easy to connect with other wifi devices like printer. Having fun with this touchscreen laptop. Go for it.

This laptop is great!! I did a lot of research before purchasing a laptop in my price range. This one made the cut and I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone looking to purchase a laptop!

I love HP products in general as they have always served me well. This one is the same and it serves the purpose. The only thing I wished was improved is the camera but it's not the end of the world.
