Only have had for about 1 month. Have not had time to fully get acquainted with the computer or new Windows system. Look forward to using it more as time permits.

I have purchased other brands,and hated them. I seem to always go back to the HP there not perfect (nothing is) but, I will be sticking with them from now on.

I bought this computer as a Christmas gift for my mother and she absolutely loves it. She needed a reliable computer to pay bills, shop, etc and this one gets the job done! Would purchase again.

Picture & features are great but sound is less than desirable. Purchased a sound bar and turned TV speakers off. Now it is perfect. Sound bar was inexpensive and the sound improvement is ten fold.

Bought on sale and expected just adequate performance. This unit has worked out very well and surprised us with performance.

Had the laptop for a few weeks and the initial setup was very long, trying to install the antispyware took forever but after that the system is pretty solid

I like the computer but was not happy with all the updates it needed when I bought it. I took it back to ask for help and was told that there would be a fee.

This is a good budget laptop for students. From browsing the web, writings papers, sending emails, and doing research, this laptop will fit the needs of college students.

Lots of memory. Easy to use. Was surprised that Office was not included but there was a 31 day free trial. Processor speed is fast compared to the one we were replacing. Highly recommend HP.

Online student so I write a lot of papers, I like that I can turn down the blue light and my eyes aren't as tired. Light enough to carry in my pocketbook

I purchased this laptop for my daughter as a replacement for her previous Lenovo that broke. I must say this hp meets and exceeds all of her expectations.

We had a lot of questions on what we needed and didn't need in features based on what we do with it. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us decide what was the best option for us.

Great laptop. It does everything I need. The only complaint is a slow boot up but after it is running it runs everything with no hitch. The battery seems to last as long as I need it.

Nice all around system. Only complaint is no light on the NUMLOC key which is a nuisance if you use the 10 key pad regularly

My daughter was able to use this computer for the first year of college, but she is ready to advance based on her needs as a student.

Good budget laptop for light work and everyday use. Not the most solid construction, but good for the price point. Runs quickly for having an i3 chip.

Computer is good for what I do. Didn't want to spend a lot of money on one. Wished I would have e gotten with a light up keyboard. Battery seems ok.
