A little touchy for my big fingers but has a nice clear screen. I wasn't sure I would like a laptop but I am getting used to it and kind of like it.

So far it does what it needs to. It was a gift for my mom and she was easily able to set up and navigate. No issues so far it's been about two months.

I love my laptop. I bought my laptop for College and I'm happy I chose this laptop. It is lighter then my last laptop and for convenient. Way more space then my last one.

I bought this laptop for school assignments and it works just fine for it. It is a little slow at times but all i need it for is Word documents.

Purchased this and upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. Works great, already had most of the large Windows 10 updates installed. We have had pretty good luck with HP laptops in the past.

I purchased this laptop for work, it does everything I need it to do. Much Lighter than my personal laptop and perfect to take work on the go.

Great buy the sales associate was very helpful. At first i went in unsure of what I wanted in term of processing I was fine but the cost of the more ideal selection was too costly.

very user friendly for my 5th grader. Also like the parental controls. I can actual see what websites he goes on and when he turns it on. great memory for the price.

Okay for the price. Some Keys stopped working after the first month

Still works after 2 years. Only use it for 3d printer and laser setup though so it hasn't been used hard.

First time owning a laptop. still trying to get used to all of the features. Happy with the large screen. would be nice to have a printed manual of all features and how they work.

My daughter loves this HP laptop. It's everything she needs when she works from home, or takes it with her to a client! It's definitely faster than our older 5 year old HP laptop.

Great computer for email, Quicken, MS Office apps that my Mother-in-Law uses. This was a replacement laptop for to an old beat up Toshiba.

The computer and printer we purchased are a good buy and work well for our uses. Be sure to have good security protection on your computer.
