Won’t stay connected

Mother’s Day was coming up, so thought I’d give her a big surprise. Took quite awhile to update windows, but that was to be expected. What I didn’t expect was it ended up not staying connected to my WIFI. It kept dropping the signal, saying it couldn’t find anything to connect to. Half the time it would show other internet connections that weren’t mine. I have other computers, 2 Apple iPads, 2 smart TV’s and a Netgear Nighthawk router with Cox 4G that works perfectly well for everything, except this laptop. About the only time it would get and keep a signal is if I was sitting about 10 feet away from the router. I had read in a few other reviews that this could be an issue and it was with this one. Sadly, I returned it the next day.

Slow processor and awful PowerPoint system

I’m not sure if the PowerPoint program is the fault of the laptop or the Office program but it opens 3 screens at a time on almost every PowerPoint presentation. Very frustrating and confusing
