I think this this laptop is to slow and I would like to return it for a much faster laptop.

Some of the keys are not functioning properly, I have to return it to the manufacturer.

The visual graphics, monitor display are not fine.

I bought laptop for on line course but had many technical issues with it ..

I had this laptop for less than 2 years, and the hard drive just crashed.....

The battery doesn't charge unless the laptop is completely shut off.

Literally so bad even for basic college use. It lasted maybe a month and then it slowed down so fast. Response is so slow and takes forever to load zoom meetings. Batter life maybe 3 hours if lucky! Total waste of money to be honest

This is a good product for somebody who does not have an excessive usage

I have barely owned this laptop 2 months and the keyboard is already wearing out. The computer feels like flimsy, cheap plastic, and already the CD/DVD drive feels ready to pop out. I have never owned a laptop that problems of this magnitude so soon.

I decided not to spend the extra money and go the more affordable route by buying this computer. Bad decision. The processor is too slow and moving from tablet to desktop mode wasn't user friendly either. Don't buy this computer unless you are trying to fall deep into a state of insanity.

This laptop was owned for less than 2 years and it died completely. Very flimsy quality and the hard drive was completely corrupted despite having anti-virus installed. Could not recover - the computer would not even allow for reformatting the hard drive!

Good quality, love the keyboard, i3 is pretty slow

Open box bought. Computer froze on me. Couldn’t log in with my password and chord was also loose. Employee at store told me this. Open box items have been bought before by family with no issues. Just think this was a glitch.

owned for two years before it completely crashed on me out of nowhere.. i was able to save my files once i noticed it acting a bit off but now it’s completely useless. very poor quality.

Bought this laptop new and after using it one time it stopped working. Was looking for a less expensive computer than an Apple but after this experience I returned it and bought a Macbook Air.

Going to have to bring it in. It keeps shutting off. Not happy. Only a couple weeks old and it's been doing it since I got it. I thought it wasn't charged enough at first, but now I realize that's not it.

I purchased this labtop 15 days ago and it suddenly stop working! The screen turned black I am returning it today because if I send it to get repair the labtop is not going to be the same. Dissapointed!

Had this for a little less than two years. Now it refuses to turn on. HP's customer service is a nightmare to work with. I will never purchase another HP item again.

I used my points to buy this for minimal use to download some law discovery and bang it around on my commute. I'd would never buy it for everyday use. Slow, terrible display etc etc

This item was purchased by someone other than me, the account holder. They used my Best Buy credentials but not my credit card. Not sure what the motivation was.
