Received this in good shape and it does everything I need it to do to run my store!! It is better than what I expected it to be!!

We did not need a very powerful laptop since it will not be used for gaming. This laptop does everything we need it to do.

Got this laptop for my daughter for online school, love the touch screen and the accessibility to it. It did come kind of warped in the keyboard but doesn’t affect the use of it. It’s a good economical laptop.

nice machine, still getting used to it, like the touchscreen feature - thoight it was a good price until i found out about the add-ons - then was encouraged to sign up for store and geek memberships which would have close to double the price

I love the laptop. It’s perfect for what I bought it for. It’s light weight and the display is good for my sight. The downfall is the keyboard doesn’t light up.

I’ve had for about a year now. Computer isn’t very fast but it’s great for basic needs (web browsing, Microsoft office, etc). Definitely would not recommend if you’re looking to use for gaming as it constantly freezes on me when trying to load/play games (for reference some games I’ve tried playing on it are Minecraft, Roblox & The Sims)

I am currently working as a legal assistant and works perfect to me , have everything that i need. This is only for work , all my software that i use everyday running perfectly

This is a rerally good laptop if you're going to online classes or college and you need something quick. The only thing I have an issue with is the sound. I have to have it at max tyo hear any of my lectures and it sounds reallyu bad.

Great laptop computer. Just what my wife needed for her basic office connections and communication. Light fast and dependable. Excellent buy. Great sales up front also.

I work from home about once a week and this has worked great for me! It was super easy to switch my stuff from my old laptop to this one.

Awesome laptap. My daughter uses it for school, as well as with a wacom tablet. The colors are gorgeous. Could go without windows 11, but hey, you get what they give you!

Love this laptop!My grandson can do his schoolwork program, write reports, and play his games. Good response time and plenty of space. I would recommend.

It's lightweight and charges fast. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a lighted keyboard. if the keys were black with white letters it would be better. I would recommend this laptop for the price.

Couldnt have choosen a better grand.. My purchase of that HP laptop was well worth it.. It was a early Christmas gift for my daughter. And she was very happy to received it

upgraded from my HP that was 10 years old to this new Dale and I love it. Great choice won’t be disappointed. Got it at a great price for Black Friday. Love it works great.

So far so good. It is replacing a 17 in Hp laptop. Just wish it had a light up keyboard. The touchscreen is great. I put my Norton 360 on it.

So I bought this laptop for my father he had a. 12 year old laptop. And I gotta say he loves it, the touchscreen works perfectly. Definitely a must for home or work. You won't regret it

Fast load time. The touch screen is very nice with no lag time. The screen controls for brightness are easy to use. Working with split screen makes my work easier.
