Good computer and working just fine for the price and bettery last longer

Love my hp laptop. It is awesome to do my bookkeeping on my rental properties.

In today’s computing needs, 8gb RAM is not enough. I had to purchase an additional 8gb to stop bottlenecking. Otherwise the rest of the features are nice for the product. Updating the BIOS helps efficiency early on.

After two months, I am still happy with this laptop. Pictures/videos look good on the screen. touchscreen is convenient. Left and Right click options of Mouse seem a bit glitchy sometimes. If I don't click in extreme left corner, there isn't a response.

I just use it for simple tasks. I like the keyboard and screen display. It works well and responds rapidly.

This was a great-priced item before Christmas, and I bought it for my disabled son. The only problem we've found is NO infrared (IR) camera for facial recognition. Yes, it has a camera but NOT IR, so Windows Hello does not work and limits the sign-in options.

I tried out several laptops before i found this one. This one was perfect, size, performance, everything about it.

Great laptop at a great price! Perfect for my needs, which are fairly basic. Geek Squad did a great job of transferring my old laptop to the new one, and helped greatly with the setup!

So far, the laptop has performed great. It was delivered when promised with no damage or problems. It is able to handle our of our needs wiht out any issues.

This is a good computer at this price range. The only thing it doesn't have that I would have liked is a backlit keyboard. It was easy to set up. I have Office 360 on the old computer and that made transferring data to the new one super easy.

Love the large screen. Having the 10-key on the keyboard is a great bonus too, making it a lot easier to navigate when compared to a standard desk top keyboard.
