This laptop is perfect for internet usage and everyday writing. With high speed and a more than plentiful amount of storage, I’ve had an easy time using it for browsing the web, which is what I bought it for initially. The laptop was also on sale at a fantastic price in comparison with other laptops of similar size, speed, and storage amount. It was the most affordable product, and certainly fulfills all my desires in what I need for a general laptop. The design is sleek and silver, and its light weight makes transport super easy! I like how the letters on the keyboard are easy to see and not too small. Overall, a wonderful laptop for a wonderful price!

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. Fast boot times, snappy performance, and amazing battery life is the selling points for this device. Only cons are the screen quality “visually” isn’t the best, but it’s not terrible either, and the shell feels very weak. But overall for the price and being a HP, this is a great buy for anyone looking for a laptop for everyday use like web browsing, video streaming, and casual gaming without breaking the bank.

This HP laptop is very lightweight and portable, making it ideal for a college student (I bought it for my daughter). The processor in this laptop is fast enough to handle her class and assignment workload. Very happy with this purchase.

Got this on sale during Black Friday for $350. And to be honest, that's about the right price for this laptop. For tech guys - this thing has an i5-1235 processor in it, which is something like a very midrange i5 12th gen processor, which makes it several years old when it comes to tech. Still a solid performer. The good thing about this laptop is that the RAM and SSD in it can be swapped out. The laptop has TWO SO-DIMM slots with one slot filled with an 8 GB SO-DIMM. The other can be populated. Documentation claims you can upgrade this to a maximum of 16 GB RAM, but I got myself the Corsair Vengeance 16 x 2 SODIMM laptop kit from here on Best Buy and it recognized all 32 GB no problem. Did I mention that it's relatively easy to replace the parts? You get almost direct access to the motherboard by unscrewing four small screws on the underside of the laptop. Two smaller sized ones and two bigger ones. You then use a plastic safe pry tool and just lift the plastic up. The cover is attached to the laptop through plastic tabs which are fairly resilient and can be opened up without breaking them. When you get the bottom cover off, you will have direct access to the M.2 SSD, RAM and even other components like the wireless card, etc. I was pleasantly surprised - this allows for future expansion from 512GB to 1TB or more if necessary. This is the first Windows 11 install I've done, and the first time setup was quite unpleasant for me because I could not get Windows to create a local account by default. I tried all the usual tricks to try to get around that but whatever was available, Microsoft apparently patched it. So I just decided to get out an old installation of Windows 10 Professional, delete the Windows 11 partition, and install Windows 10 over it. Drivers were straightforward - they're all available on the HP site. HP *claims* these drivers only work with Windows 11, but they are ALL backwards compatible with Windows 10. Keyboard is a generally full-sized keyboard, though the spread out keys require a bit of getting used to. Mouse is the entire trackpad, no dedicated left/right clicks which may bug some people. The screen is awful. View angle is really bad - if you don't have it faced at you, you will see nothing. Keep this in mind. Otherwise it's a pretty snappy machine, and with 32GB I feel like I'll be able to use this as a workhorse for several years to come. Again, it's really a good idea to get these laptops on sale, their retail price is not worth it.

I really love my HP laptop. Small problem: keys lose legibility... they fade and I tried aftermarket stickers and they slide off. Would have been nice to have backlit keyboard, too. HOWEVER, it performs beyond my dreams. Excellent, extremely fast, connects fast. Nice.

I’ve been using my Lenovo laptop for a few months now and it’s been a great experience. The performance is smooth for everyday tasks, the keyboard is super comfortable, and battery life is reliable. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. Great value for money – highly recommend for students or professionals.

Excellent excellent laptop. Does exactly what I need (which isn’t much besides Microsoft office and web browsing), but a great work horse. And love the big screen and keypad

This laptop is an all in one machine, perfect for running complex applications and it’s speed is just so amazing! My only recommendation is to get screen guard, because since it’s touch screen we tend to touch the screen more often and it can potentially get spoiled. Which is more of a maintainance thing. But love love love this product. Perfect for students pursuing advanced degrees with the need to do complex programming and etc.

I recently bought a Dell computer and I'm really impressed with its performance. The speed, display quality, and build feel solid. It handles multitasking well and runs smoothly. Definitely worth the investment for both work and entertainment.

Love the HP 13.5" Touchscreen with i5 and 8GB! Loads fast and has worked great. Only caution is on Windows S Mode - if you have an older printer (> 18 mos) you will not be able to download drivers to connect to it. Printer Apps in Microsoft Store only have a few models per printer manufacturer. You can opt out of S mode, but defeats the Microsoft optimization that allows machine to work so well.

Great laptop for the price. Only use for occasional Netflix and small work (Excel and Word). No lag, fast start up, and lightweight.

I really like this lap top. It’s thin and light weigh and simple to use. I wanted one with numbers on the side that it does have. The speed is very good. I do not use it for anything fancy so I did not want to spend a lot of money and got it on sale for a great price. Very happy with it so far

I love the 14” screen and the computer’s lightness. It’s awesome to be able to fold it back to user like a tablet.

This is a great budget-minded computer! Pros -The build quality is excellent -It looks metallic and premium -The keyboard feels good with helpful shortcut keys. -The performance of the processor is great. -The speakers sound immersive. Cons - The display looks great, but only at the exact viewing angle. Views above, below, or to the sides are very washed out. -No backlighting on the keyboard -Ram is not expandable -The front facing camera is low quality.
