Nice and easy set up — i dont love the charger though.

Roblox and minecraft for kid. Minecraft requires you to remove safe mode, kinda stupid thing.

Spoke with your client service rep to compare this laptop with my old one and was told same and would do all functions. Doesnt do even a 1/4 of my old one. No storage space so had to by an external storage and doesnt send out emails due to not enough storage. Very disappointed that now i have to buy a new laptop and have one sitting there that i cant use. Only programs on laptop is microsoft office.

Laptop began shutting down (black screen) on a daily basis. We worked with HP remotely who could not fix the issue, and acknowledged the issue. Best Buy says they need to do their evaluation and take 2-30 business days where we may be without the laptop, before they can exchange it. The laptop is only 2 months +/- old, and we can not exchange it!!?? Unbelievably horrible service, we bought all of our company laptops from Best Buy but will not be any longer. We thought they would stand behind their products better than this, or expecting my employees to go without a laptop for up to 30 days. I'll never buy another product for my business from here again, I mine as well deal with a random online distributor if I'm not going to be able to exchange defective products!
