I don't know if the laptop is defective, or the Windows 11 is not too good, but it has a lot of problems.

Last less than 13 months, of course this computer screen stopped working 20 days after the warranty ended.

The battery is not strong it’s drops easily after some moments of charging

Save your money. This computer keeps disconnecting from the internet every 30 minutes. Was not able connect with HP customer service for help.

I purchased this laptop for my son to use for high school and he is loving it! It has proven to be an excellent laptop for a great price. It checked off everything: large screen, good battery life, HDMI/USB-A/USB-C ports, and huge SSD for the use case. The touch screen is also a great additional feature.

This is a great laptop for daily use and I love the touch screen. The set up was easy and it runs quickly for everything I need to do. I will enjoy the 512GB of storage for all my photos. I've always been happy with my HP laptops.

I really like these HP laptops (I have had several similar to this) and this one is no exception. The only thing that is not perfect is an occasional very brief flicker of the screen, barely noticeable, but I hope it does not mean that something will happen to the screen eventually. It is quick and the keyboard is comfortable. I think this is an excellent value for the price. My last one had the keyboard keys start falling off after 4 years, but to be fair, I type for hours a day so I got a lot of value out of that computer and wanted to buy one similar. This one feels like the keys are sturdier.

Although the battery dies a little faster than what I expected, it runs pretty fast, the screen is a perfect size for watching shows/movies, and setting up was simple.
