After removing S mode the computer has been great for my son who is in middle school and does his homework on it. Would highly recommend.

I like all things about it except display resolution.if this laptop has 1920*1080 resolution then all good.becuase of display resolution clear not shown in details I got confused but I will buy non touch screen laptop from HP brand at best buy .

Bought as a gift, so haven't yet used the laptop. Since is HP, expect it to perform as described. Service has always been excellent with Best Buy.

I like the computer. It was a very good value. The only negative is that the keyboard does not light up. Theis computer does not offfer the lit keyboard. I was not able to know that when ordering

I still don't love the idea that they removed the ethernet connection and CD/Blue ray Drives from notebooks, but the rest of the features are great.

Good value for the options. Had geek squad set it up and transfer info from very old computer so very happy with purchase and setup.

Everything’s good with the laptop for its price. Honestly, I didn’t expect the features it offered for this price.

Needs black printed keys or back light keys. Very slow when antivirus is installed. Deleted the bloat software but still slow.

Pleased with purchase and access but did not want to add Juno because too many fake accounts appear.
