i got this because the one i got back in '22 couldn't run autoCAD and SolidWorks without lagging. got it on this and i'm able to have peace of mind that i can do my projects!

This laptop is working great. It has a lot of storage space and love the touch screen!

Great experience overall. Went in to purchase a hard drive for my current laptop and ended up getting help and to best pick a new laptop instead for my small business. I was happy the gentleman went over all the specs with me to find some comparible or better then my current laptop at a discounted rate. Always pleased with the help and education i learn from their employees.

I am satisfied with the laptop. The only problem I have is the keyboard is off-centered, and the keypad does not light up so it's hard to see the keys when lights are dim or off.

I had a need to get a value Laptop at the same time, not compromising performance and reasonable configuration. This HP had it all. The speed, performance, memory, and storage. The setup was a breeze, easy to follow once you know you have to have a Microsoft Email Address, other than that all went flawless.
