Another excellent entry level offering from HP. Plenty of power and storage in a small portable package. Build quality is excellent as we have come to expect from HP. As far as pce to value this is a great choice for a college student or business owner looking for an affordable power packed laptop.

Laptop is an excellent value for the price however I did not give it a five because I did have trouble with the charging port and I had to take it in to be repaired. Otherwise the laptop excellent!

I'm basically a PC user. Lately I've had to do some traveling so it was time to grab a laptop. This HP had everything I needed and more. It has performed flawlessly, and as a bonus it automatically mirrored my pc and brought everything over! More than pleased!

For $340, it's an impressive little laptop that may not handle games well, but for everyday usage works well

This is a great economical laptop. Quick response time. Has everything you need to get up and running. It has a bright touch screen and fast response speed. Great for home and school. This was a gift and she loves it and says way faster than what she had. Don't hesitate get it.

we buy all of our business equipment from BestBuy. We love this laptop for our employees, it's easy to use, it's a touch screen and very durable. We never hear any complaints from anyone about the quality of this laptop. I would highly recommend and it's a great price as well

Bought for my daughter for college, easy to use and install the programs, daughter loves it. I decided that I would get one also. We ended up having to get a stick for her name so when she has hers out we dont get them mixed up. I use it on a weekly basis and daughter uses every day for college. Battery life is extremely long . We high recommend for someone that is using everyday or college.

Works great! Uploads fast. The battery last a long time without plugging it in. Gaming is a breeze and it’s great for watching videos. The lap top is user friendly and stores a lot of information. I would recommend this to all people. Great for college!

Had to replace my wife's L**** laptop. The screen latch broke and it started falling apart. This had a decent processor and storage space, so decided on this one. It was a good price and met her needs for daily use. She is happy with this system and everything is working great.

Got this for my Aunt so she could use with her Cricut. Her old computer wouldn't work with it. She likes it.

This laptop was amazing! I loved the touch screen! Too bad I spilled soda all over it but Geek Squad has been very helpful! I definitely recommend this!!

This computer loads up quickly. The screen has good resolution and it does everything we need. Opening Microsoft products happens within a second or so and working in anything never slows down. Our fast is great for regular-use scenarios.

I'm enjoying this laptop and learning to use it everyday. Something different from my other laptop, have to use my brains to install some things but its a challenge and so far so good. I feel comfortable with this, its light and easy to type.

This is all I was looking for in an entry level computer. I just need it for basic browsing and to occasionally make documents, etc. Im replacing an older Dell laptop and the loading & processing speed is way faster. Nice to get it on a Black Friday deal.

My daughter loves it works as it should have owned for about 8 months works good for high school. Got it for a good price during the holidays.

It is a nice laptop for the price. I like it very much. But it came with Windows 11 in "S" mode. That is a problem because, unless you log into a Microsoft account, you're blocked from downloading software that's not from the Microsoft store. I wanted Chrome, etc. on my laptop. Thanks Microsoft.

I purchased this laptop for my 13 yeat old son who started homeschooling this year. So far weve used it a few weeks and the quality of this laptop has been awesome. School online has been a breeze for him and has had no issues. The touch screen is a plus as well.

Does everything I need a laptop to do and does it well. Programs load quickly. The keyboard has a nice feel and the clarity of the display is excellent. The build quality is what you would expect from hp.
