1. Looks like display is of lower resolution 2. as well as you cannot connect this laptop to 2 external monitors. Only single monitor supported 3. USB c port is supported only for data hence you cannot attached external monitor to it

I was told this was an upgrade from my chromebook and i did not like it at all.. the browser is through bing and the seaches are really outdated!

Bought this just as work computer. The screen leaves a little more to be desired. For basic functions this good deal.

Decent for small office use but I didn't like a few things. Namely it you could buy open the laptop without holding the bottom half. Big pet peeve of mine.

seems ok, except the mouse button sticks a little and the apostrophe button needs to be pressed twice.

No Backlit display Battery drains out very quickly

The laptop is really good but sometimes when pdf viewer application is installed, it slows down.

Got the laptop as a Christmas gift. Open Christmas morning and was unable to get past the Microsoft setup screen. Geek Squad did their check on it and we had to end up returning it and went another direction.

Slim and Durable, Best laptop at reasonable price. Does the purpose it is for.

It's not what I expected, it's very slow, I regret it, I won't buy Lenovo next time.

USB-C port is not capable for charging. It cannot be connected to a docking station that uses USB-C.

I purchased this laptop in January 2025 and have had nothing but trouble with it. Now I can’t access the internet and it keeps shutting down on me.

I spent 8+ hours with Best Buy support, trying to find out what was included in the line item “taxes, fees & surcharges”. The rep finally told me they didn’t have that information, and to call another phone number tomorrow! I can calculate the sales tax and I know it’s not all tax, I am being charged for something else that they refuse to tell me what it is. I will look for a more honest business next time.

This laptop works fine but I found it too large. Also is you are not looking directly at the screen it is hard to see.

Decent computer but feels like cheap quality and keyboard not very ergonomic.

The screen is not good , the colors are to Opaque , need more color , saturation.

Doesn't feel as sturdy. Perfect for everyday browsing and simple tasks.

Good price but after Mac resolution is too low so I returned it.

I should have spent a little more money. Resolution is only 768, and brightness level is low. Not a screen you would want to use for serious work. Even for checking email it is a disappointment as text is not sharp.

I am not a fan of this computer, the mouse is super sensitive and I don't like how it works. The battery also doesn't seem to hold a charge. The camera is also not great.
