    Purchased July 2024 for school & by October 2024 I was began having issues. The laptop is convenient because of the touchscreen but it’s very sensitive & very heavy. It gets overheated quickly, very slow & constantly freezes. Finally got the white death screen. Will not turn back on so almost $1000 (w/warranty + extras) down the drain. I took it to geek squad & was told that the warranty I purchased was different & it was gonna cost $300 to fix. Do NOT purchase!!
