Love this new laptop. After 14 years my old HP laptop gave out. This is a great replacement. Very easy to use and so much faster.

I appreciated the quick and easy setup for this computer. As a current Windows 10 user, I hoped that Win11 wouldn't be much different and it wasn't. Disabling "s" mode was required to download the browsers and apps I wanted, but again, it was easy to do. I've yet to add an external mouse, but definitely will do so as I don't find the built in mousepad intuitive for some actions. Having the touch screen definitely helps overcome some of that, but I admit, I'm a bit hesitant to use that feature as knowing how quickly my phone screen looks smeary, I don't want that to happen to the computer screen.

HP products have never let me down, just like Best Buy; the staff has always made buying electronics easier and the entire experience not so scary. There is no fear factor.

This laptop is super good. I love it. I use it almost every day. I do stuff for school have multiple programs up and running never have to know delay. The screen is super bright. The lit keyboard helps so much. The design is cool. Convert from laptop to tablet mode as a cover for the WebCam to protect your privacy Comes in super nice designed box. It’s worth every penny capable of playing high resolution games can do video editing can handle a motor to of different tasks.

Purchased this for my mom who is in her 60’s and she loves it! Easy to navigate, large screen & keys, also light weight for her to bring around the house.

Purchase for my dad and it's in great condition. It's fast and he loves the touch screen. For the price it's great and it's basically for basic things.

Easy to use. Battery lasts as advertised. The scrolling and "mouse pad" area are different from my previous HP touch-screen Laptop so I am still getting used to it. The price was great.

This HP laptop is all we need in a computer. I originally was going to return it because I could only download Microsoft apps. After I did a little research, I removed the security feature (with some trepidation) and now it works as I prefer. Screen is bright and clear. It starts up quickly. I use it primarily for online bridge and husband uses it for EBay. We are senior citizens and don’t require a laptop for work or school, but I am sure it would be equally useful for those users. This laptop replaced two 6 & 7 yr old Hp laptops which were runnung Windows 10. I expected a huge learning curve, but so far it has been user friendly.

Great laptofor the cost, runs clean great for students and any office work. Touch screen is a great feature

Nice laptop for the price. Really quick loading and startup, good amount of storage, plenty of memory for most applications, all around nice laptop. The audio output through the HDMI was very impressive as well. I found the battery life was a little less than advertised unless you run the machine with wifi and Bluetooth off. The TouchPad is also good, but not great, it should be fine for most tasks but an external mouse may be needed for extensive computing. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and expect this laptop to last a while.
