    I was greeted upon entering the Gresham Best Buy and the staff inquired if I needed assistance and I answered that I did and I told them I was there looking for a touchscreen laptop/notebook and with a few clarifying questions they had enough information to take me right to what I was looking for and made suggestions as far as what would be a quality system and using it for.     Great experience overall. Went in to purchase a hard drive for my current laptop and ended up getting help and to best pick a new laptop instead for my small business. I was happy the gentleman went over all the specs with me to find some comparible or better then my current laptop at a discounted rate.     I had a need to get a value Laptop at the same time, not compromising performance and reasonable configuration. This HP had it all. The speed, performance, memory, and storage. The setup was a breeze, easy to follow once you know you have to have a Microsoft Email Address, other than that all went flawless.
