I'm basically a PC user. Lately I've had to do some traveling so it was time to grab a laptop. This HP had everything I needed and more. It has performed flawlessly, and as a bonus it automatically mirrored my pc and brought everything over! More than pleased!

I needed a new laptop because my hp i bought during covid broke from opening and closing over the years. It still worked great. I didnt want to spend a lot of money and i found this on sale at a good price and i was surprised at how fast it is for a budget laptop. I use it mainly for quickbooks. I am happy with my purchase.

My laptop was delivered on time, withe best tracking system so I could take from the delivery person. Works perfect. I already use it. I installed permanent Office 2019. for $40, Avoid installing Office 836 as it is a Microsoft trap.

Another excellent entry level offering from HP. Plenty of power and storage in a small portable package. Build quality is excellent as we have come to expect from HP. As far as pce to value this is a great choice for a college student or business owner looking for an affordable power packed laptop.

Works great! Uploads fast. The battery last a long time without plugging it in. Gaming is a breeze and it’s great for watching videos. The lap top is user friendly and stores a lot of information. I would recommend this to all people. Great for college!

This is a great economical laptop. Quick response time. Has everything you need to get up and running. It has a bright touch screen and fast response speed. Great for home and school. This was a gift and she loves it and says way faster than what she had. Don't hesitate get it.

This computer loads up quickly. The screen has good resolution and it does everything we need. Opening Microsoft products happens within a second or so and working in anything never slows down. Our fast is great for regular-use scenarios.

Does everything I need a laptop to do and does it well. Programs load quickly. The keyboard has a nice feel and the clarity of the display is excellent. The build quality is what you would expect from hp.

I'm enjoying this laptop and learning to use it everyday. Something different from my other laptop, have to use my brains to install some things but its a challenge and so far so good. I feel comfortable with this, its light and easy to type.

Had to replace my wife's L**** laptop. The screen latch broke and it started falling apart. This had a decent processor and storage space, so decided on this one. It was a good price and met her needs for daily use. She is happy with this system and everything is working great.

This is all I was looking for in an entry level computer. I just need it for basic browsing and to occasionally make documents, etc. Im replacing an older Dell laptop and the loading & processing speed is way faster. Nice to get it on a Black Friday deal.

It is a nice laptop for the price. I like it very much. But it came with Windows 11 in "S" mode. That is a problem because, unless you log into a Microsoft account, you're blocked from downloading software that's not from the Microsoft store. I wanted Chrome, etc. on my laptop. Thanks Microsoft.

Works well for school work when I am away from home

Perfect for older adults, reliable. A must buy for casual users.

Very easy to pickup from the store. New computer works fine. It is compatible with my old USB DVD drive and USB wireless mouse. And I was able to transfer my Microsoft Office software. It can run on battery for much longer than my old HP.

Bought this HP to replace wifes' laptop. She does house whole expensives, generates emails and online shopping. This was perfect for her. Well priced and works very quickly. Highly recommend as a basic laptop.
