I caught this PC on sale and i am amazed Best Buy was selling them so cheap. This was a great buy especially now that most everything we do is some sort of video chat or meeting. No complaints from me or my family.

I liked the computer. It was better in all ways than my 4 year old computer; but the old computer had a 1000 GB harddrive. I had to return the computer because the harddrive was too small . Bestbuy took it back within 14 there 14 to 15 return policy.

Only concern I have is the computer fan comes on frequently and stays on for quite some time. Overall, I use for working at home. Supports dual monitors and handles remoting into networks. Happy with the purchase so far

I purchased the HP laptop after many years of only buying Dell computers. So far this has been a very good computer. For a 15.6"screen the laptop is very light and the ergonomics of the keyboard layout are very good.

I bought this computer for work, I have sense used it for my cricut and writing my book. It is a very good quality computer very fast and the battery life is wonderful. The speakers and camera are also good quality.

I was weary to switch to PC laptop because I’ve been an apple girl since Macintosh but I’m glad I did! The touch screen makes it a breeze to navigate through screens. As an online student, I highly recommend this one!

I like this laptop so far. It does the job that I need to get done. The downside is that it the battery does die pretty quickly. I have to keep it plugged in, if I use it more than a couple of hours.

I bought one of these for my granddaughter. Impressed with speed and how quickly it updates. Display looks a lot sharper than my old HP. I liked this enough that I went and bought one for myself. Highly recommend.

This computer has lots of features and is easy and convenient to use especially for a teenager.. the touch screen is a great feature to have and the size is perfect for a backpack or small computer carrying case..

We bought this to replace our 8 year old home laptop. I'm glad we went with the SSD hard drive. The computer starts up so fast and all the programs load immediately. Very easy to set up. We are happy with our upgrade!

We're very happy with the new computer and the assistance we received from Tray. We were eyeing a more expensive computer, but he asked about our needs and guided us to one that met our needs but was less. Laurie

As a teacher, I had to take this laptop out of S-mode to maximize its use in my Google Classroom and Zoom access for my students. Love the touchscreen as I can teach writing on it. Been working well so far....

Still getting used to a lot of new features on this new notebook, but am pleased so far, especially that it is so much quicker to start up, as well as shut down. Not really happy with the way a lot of things are featured now, compared to Windows 7 but will have to get used to doing a lot of things differently.

I am happy with my laptop overall. Very satisfied. My only concern is storage capacity. I should have gotten a 1 TB. But other than that I am happy with my purchase. Start up is quick and performance is good.

Purchased this to replace my 85-yr. old father's Windows 97 machine. Does everything he needs and super easy to set up. Would recommend to anyone for a straightforward basic laptop with solid performance.

It's the perfect size and speed I need to complete my teleworking assignments. Good Buy. Nice keyboard and 10-key. I also love that the screen is a touchscreen. Very convenient for working anywhere.

I bought this for my mother in law to replace her old laptop. I’m impressed with how responsive the machine is and the touch screen is nice to use. Would recommend to anyone looking for a basic laptop.

I love this laptop. I also like the touch screen ! It's everything I need ,what more can I say. I was nervous at first but once I received it and started to use it I relaxed. It was a good price too!

Probably would buy it again, but wish it had more than two USB 3.1 Type A Ports (it does have an additional USB 3.1 Type C port, but currently I have no devices that will work with USB 3.1 Type C). By the time I connect a USB mouse (Type A), that only leaves one Type A port and I expect, for example, almost everyone has multiple Type A devices that require USB charging. So, essentially I only have one Type A port available since I use a USB mouse that always occupies one port. If I am doing a PowerPoint presentation and using a wireless presenter (clicker), since it requires a Type A port I don't have room for charging my Garmin device or my Plantronics Bluetooth headset, for another example.
