Great computer quality feels good, solid very satisfied with the computer and I have enough gigabytes to run different software like protols, Adobe, & etc.

I have online classes every semester, and this computer is really helpful because it is fast and it is not heavy at all, so it is easy to put it in any space and you can go anywhere with it!

I like the touch screen, hate “one note”. When closed, there is no grove between top and bottom making it harder to open. Overall I like the computer. I can’t get my printer to print from it.

Not as fast as I thought it would be but much faster then my prior laptops. The SSD makes all the difference. It tends to run the fan quite often and is somewhat loud. Overall good laptop.

I needed a laptop because my previous had a window 7 app. it expired and a new laptop with window 10 was recommended. the hp was my choice and it was a good one. great price and functionality

I love this HP laptop,it was BBC very easy for a 66 year old I needed it for Zoom meeting but I had to take off the SDrive and no problem, I got customer reviews and I'm glad I did

Great laptop. Fast boot up and quick response to every click of the mouse. The touchscreen is a nice addition as well. The 12 Gb of RAM and solid state drive really speed things up. Power it up and you are working in less than 30 seconds.

This is absolutely the Best laptop I have purchased. It has a touch screen and even voice commands. My daughter is extremely happy with it. It will last her through college. Love it.

Overall the product seems good, but the fan comes on and runs often and I am not sure why. It seems like it is already using a lot of storage and I have hardly put anything on it!

My other laptop was about 10 or more years old and I felt I needed a new one finally. I mostly use it for sims but it's a great laptop and it didn't break the bank!

We bought this computer for a lot of use with Microsoft Office, web browsing, and the occasional mobile photo editing and it handles that just fine. Easy to set up and use.

I bought this instead of the chrome book. I love my touch screen laptop!!! Very fast and perfect for my business!!! Excellent purchase cost for all what it does!!!

Great computer- I like this laptop, I use it for work. It’s sleek and fast. The only con I notice so far is the battery life is not good. Dead after 4hrs, which is disappointing.

nice laptop that was reasonably priced on sale. glad that it came with a i5 processor and an SSD. not the largest SSD but this computer is not going to have a lot of space used.

I spent a lot of time researching this purchase. It is my first laptop computer. It has all the speed and capacity that I need for my computer chores for the money I had available.

This computer is great! Its easy to use abmnd navigate. The only dislike i have is that you have to disable the Microsoft app in order to download apps that are not in their store.

Does well with my everyday tasks. I hate that new laptops don’t have disc drives but I bought an external one. Light weight. Good laptop for the price. Battery life is okay.

Bought this because my aunt needed a new laptop. I decided to get this one because of all the specs it has and she needs a lot of storage. It is smaller for her but she loves it.

I have yet to run any engineer programs on it, but as far as multitasking regular schoolwork goes, this laptop does great. It does get a bit loud for about 30 seconds or a minute every now and then, but I myself don't mind. The touch screen is nice, but i don't use it because i hate seeing smudges on my screen. If you're the type to wait last minute to do assignments and find yourself constantly working in the dark, i would look for something with a lit keyboard. the keys are hard to see in the dark
