Really enjoy using this computer. It was an upgrade for an older device and it is a pleasure to use. It is very fast and the 10 key pad is a blessing.

Ordered thus computer the end of March to replace one that I've had for 10 years. This HP is much faster than my old one. So glad I made the purchase.

Easy to use. Light and compact. Voice command makes it even easier. Screen is very vibrant and cleat. Touch screen operates very well. Speed is very good

I always love hp products and this lap top specially is for me one of the top of the line, faster and easy to do my job and good internet connection.

Comes preconfigured with S version of windows but that can be changed for free. The hardware on this laptop is a steal for the price (529 on sale)

More of an initial review here. It's got everything I want really - good processor, lots of RAM (mine has 16GB, so you might want to check this one in store), SSD, it's fast, and I'm mostly happy with it considering I paid $550 for it when it was on sale. The actual body of the laptop.. woof. It feels cheap. It feels flimsy. It feels weak. The guy who was helping me in store even said "great internals thrown into a cheap case". I worry how long it will last and if I made a mistake not springing for something a little more durable. Time will tell. Biggest issue - the webcam has sucked for us. Worked fine initially (not the greatest picture in the world, but not 1998-webcam quality), but now it's kind of janky. It kind of works sometimes when it decides to, and other times it's like the TV antenna isn't in the right spot and the image gets scrambled. Literally tapping the screen/webcam lens seems to sometimes fix it, sometimes not. I haven't had the opportunity to take it in yet. Since we're currently in a Zoom world, it's been an annoyance. If we weren't Zooming, I wouldn't care at all. Overall, I think I'd recommend it if you're on a budget but want decent specs, you don't care about the webcam, and you won't be dragging the laptop around everywhere where it could be broken more quickly.

What I expected and happy with the purchase. I like the big screen but it's still pretty lightweight. Fan seems to run most of the time, though.

This is a great laptop for my husband who is frustrated easily with changes, especially dealing with computers.. He has adapted easily to this one..

Love having the number pad. It is very convenient. I also love the touch screen feature since I find using the internal mouse difficult at times.

Bought for my mother and father in law. Works great. More than they need, but not over cumbersome at all. They love the touch-screen and easy use.

This laptop has enough RAM and storage to do everything I need. I bought an SD memory card and installed to increase memory and have no problems.

Simple laptop. Decent speed, pretty durable for being so light. Good picture and audio for the occasional movie streaming.

I bought a few of these for WFH deployment, as our usual standard was out of stock. So far, so good. Employees like the SSD and touchscreen.

It is an easy setup and if you have a gmail account and a windows email address it will populate a lot of your bookmarks etc on the new system.
