I've had it for almost 3 months now and I absolutely love it! It runs smooth. Doesn't take for ever to upload. Moves smoothly.

I needed a new laptop with Windows 10 I wanted to make sure I had the main memory and storage to handle all my needs. This computer was configured that way and the Windows 10 operates effective and fast. I was amazed on ow fast the downloads are on this system.

Best laptop for college! Microsoft office is easy to use on it. Plus it has great storage and fast processing!

It is a mid-priced HP laptop that I would describe as average. If you are looking for a reasonably priced laptop to do word processing, this can do the job. In fact you probably can find a cheaper laptop that has the same functions and quality. I was replacing an HP laptop that is 5 years old, the new one is not much different from the old one. One complaint I have is the touch pad seems to be overly sensitive.

Love the computer. It is fast, comfortable to use, perfect size but the fan is too loud!

Lightweight touchscreen is great for work. SSD drive loads applications quickly. No LAN port but just use USB adapter and it’s fine

Touchscreen very user friendly and more efficient than mouse. Icons better alternative to tiles from previous Windows version.

I love the new computer. It goes very fast it takes me where I need to go I do very basic things such as email searching xcetera.

Still adapting to the faster speed and different touch on keys. Think I'm going to really like it when I get used to everything.

This was purchased for our daughter right at the time the stay at home quarantine began. We were not sure how thing we’re gonna go as far as returning to school. We didn’t know how she was gonna get her school work done. So we bit the bullet, and choose this model. We couldn’t be more happy that it wasn’t the lowest model, but not the most expensive. Our daughter was very happy with it. It’s done everything we needed it to do, and also entertained during the boredom. Excellent purchase!!

Needed something kids could use for homework assignments since everything went to online education. All of the cheaper models were gone, so I went with this one as it had touchscreen and a larger memory than other models. So far, so good- the screen is not as sharp as an Apple computer, but that is not why I bought it. I was able to download Microsoft application with ease. The fan comes on more compared to an Apple, but as I stated before, not in the same league. I am happy with the purchase!

My old computer needed updating. This HP Laptop is perfect. A lot of memory, very compact, light, even comes with a touch screen.

Have used this computer for school for 10mos. light weight and works well. good computer for basic school use.
