Some of the complaints I have been reading here have not been a problem for me. The fan noise is not significant at all and the case while lightweight is not cheap as some indicated. Overall, very pleased with the laptop. MicroSoft Edge, Windows 10s and Office is new/different but that has nothing to do with the HP. The MicroSoft folks have been very helpful on the phone to answer a couple of about Office.

HP - 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop

I've had at least 3 instances of the PC shutting down because of some error. I don't know what this is about. This has occurred while using Zoom and it might be related to that function. However, I'm going to continue to monitor and if the issue continues I will reach out for assistance. I like the laptop, it is lightweight and has a nice size screen.
