Excellent speed & memory but too short of battery time. Runs out of juice in 4 or 5 hours.

I purchased last year on July 2019, two item; 1. Canon Camara and 2. HP laptop The Canon Camara was got a very good sale price, after purchasing I went to travel in my country and took so much beautiful scenery images, with colleagues, and family, Camara worked a very well. Like it. Hp- I brought to my uncle this laptop, he was happy, and he told me laptop is working very well, he satisfied with it, he said.

Great laptop, fan turns on almost immediately though even when cpu isn't near capacity.

Bought it for my dads birthday and HE LOVES how lightweight it is and that it’s hp!

Really solid computer, but the fan is quite loud and begins after less than 5 minutes.

Purchased for my wife as a Christmas gift. We tried so hard to like this. Performance and speed is excellent but laptop runs hot and cooling fan is on almost all the time. So much so battery cannot keep a charge. Very surprised and disappointed with HP.

I love HP products and was happy to purchase this laptop. I love the design of and the look of it. I seen reviews about the fan but I haven’t had any problems I can hear the fan but it’s once in a blue moon I hear it kick on. It’s a real soft sound and does not stay on long. But it’s fast connects to my WiFi perfect and my other stuff. I make shirts so it works perfect with my cameo 4 cutting machine.

This is a great computer. Easy to use and Best Buy moves our files over as well. Thanks

I like the laptop, but I think it is a little pricey. It only has 2 standard usb ports, an HDMI port and an SD port. I had to disable some Microsoft apps in order to down load some software from the internet. Too much security for my purpose and use of the machine. Otherwise I am happy with the laptop. I would recommend this machine, but be aware of its accessories and be sure it's what you want.

Was looking for well priced touch screen laptop for novice and this one fits the bill!

Purchasing the new HP was done effortlessly. The problems I had was the multiple need for scheduling meetings with the Geek Squad staff having to do with being misled and shipping my Lenovo computer to St. Louis for repair only to learn that the cost was 90% of the cost for the new HP. The person who misled me later denied having done so and was belligerent in attitude. Not a pleasant experience.

The setup process was easy. We were using the computer within 10 mins of opening it.

Love the hinge. It is light enough to carry. It's a lot better than my last laptop.
