I received a Cricut Maker for Christmas and wanted a laptop exclusively to run the design programs. We had an initial issue bypassing the security program, but the Geek Squad prevailed. I love the size. It was a perfect choice.

I needed a computer in a pinch to work from home and this one met the basic requirements. Works very well, my only gripe is it needs to be charged constantly. The mouse isn’t great either I purchased a Bluetooth mouse instead and it works much better. Overall a good computer for the price!

I needed a laptop to let me work from home during the Covid pandemic. I work in health care. My husband did the research and found this little baby which I love. Works great for work stuff, allows me to run numerous applications, and I can even do a little online gaming with it.

Excellent. Easy to set up. Would recommend getting the Microsoft office suite with lifetime validity. If only needed on one computer. Gets tricky when trying to download chrome. But you just need to allow edge and switch it to chrome. Then. It will download automatically.

Great laptop. Screen is a perfect size with great graphics. Fast processing system allows more work to get done in a timely manner. Allows my daughter to watch movies, surf social media, and complete school work without frustration. Best graduation gift I could have gotten her.

It a great computer for work it has an as you need processor which ranges from 1.0 ghz to 3.6 ghz, is how I would like to explain it. Its the new way computer processors work. It wasnt explain to me this way, I had to call HP Support and get the answers. Overall the computer is great.

Everything is running smoothly. Just finished a photo video and once I got use to the program the video turned out great.

This product comes with 12 GB memory as stated in its title and 254 GB SSD which with 16GB optane providing a nice mix of work and pleasure functionality. Such a configuration is suitable for gaming as well as more computation intensive tasks such as programming.

I have had this computer for about 3 weeks so I haven't had a chance to try it. Something that's bugging so far its the blower that turns on all the time and it is really loud. My daughter has a Chromebook and you never hear the blower, not sure why this computer has that issue.

Got this to replace an old Lenovo. It was recommended by her IT manager and has been working perfectly for social distancing. It has all the hardware needed to hold meetings and perform recruiting and staffing work.

Works well with what I needed for. After exchanging another product to this, I’m quite happy with the outcome. Able to handle multiple applications running at the same time and I was able to use it for school and work with no issues. Great processor speed and good memory space.

This is an easy to use laptop with a beautifully, high quality display, easy to use keyboard, and fast processing. I only bought it because I have to work from home but it also serves as a way of enjoying movies, playing games, & communicating with family living afar.

My son needed a laptop computer with specific specs for high school. We chose this HP 15.6 Touch Screen Laptop because it has the memory, space and speed needed at a good price. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions professionally.

Speedy and mobile--this laptop fits the bill for WFH staff. Keyboard is a little springy for my taste, but that's very minor. I wish it had more USB ports--at least 4 instead of 3. But really, the SSD+Optane is the killer feature. 12Gb is a nice upgrade as well.

We believe that we found an ideal replacement for our old laptop, and that it was reasonably priced. The salespeople were friendly and helpful. We used the Geek Squad to transfer data and set it up, and they did a great job. We were quite pleased with the experience.

This laptop has been a life saver for me for being able to work from home on some of my work duties. It starts up fast and for the most part, works very well. There have been a couple of times when the screen appeared "jumpy" but overall, it's a good, reliable laptop.
