I only gave it a 2 for ease of use - but I'm 82 years old, and I got help through Microsoft Chat to get it loaded. I prefer the "real" keyboard on my desktop computer, but I know the laptop will come in handy. I'm looking forward to my first Zoom meeting with it.

Needed a new laptop that could benefit both me working from home and teaching my children their lessons now that schools are closed. It’s a work in progress since I’m not technical. It works well fast start up connects just need to learn how to tweak some things.

This is a great laptop. Camera is great and the SSD really works well. Good steal for students and it also runs emulators pretty well. Screen has wigged out on me a couple of times though (crashed once but a hard reset solved that). Touchscreen is helpful as well.

I use it for everything, including gaming and I was pleasantly surprised that it seemed to help my responses! It hooked up to my UP printer quickly where my old laptop would fall offline. Great but for me!

Laptop itself works fine, sound is great. Enclosed security program is another story. Difficult to get started, and enclosed code does not work. Store and geeksquad have not answered phone to obtain working code. Therefore, unit currently has no protection.

Computer is very fast and user friendly. I don't have a lot of computer knowledge, so maybe its just an issue for me, but the only thing I'm not super thrilled about is the "S" mode issue for using apps.

I bought this computer for my self because my other computer is acting up. My daughter is using it more than me but it seems to be fine only thing is if she is on a long time it starts to freeze up. After she turns it off and let's it have a break its fine.

Best laptop I have ever had. I love the super fast startup. Everything it does it does fast. Super slim and lightweight also. Battery last a descent time even with no ECO settings. Would recommend this to anyone. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

in light of recent events and virtual gathering being a must, I got tbis for my 10 year old to use for virtual class meetings primarily and to game with her friends. Besides the computer being a little bigger than normal, she loves it and it runs great

General use for our household, purchased to replace older laptop. It has been OK however we are disappointed in the short battery life and the microphone is poor when in use for video conferencing.

Smaller screen than I like and this computer makes a noise that is annoying, Hopefully nothing wrong with the computer. plan to talk to the store about this. Probably would not purchase this again..

Bought this laptop for my daughter to use for college. With her first semester being all online due to COVID, she had no problems accessing her virtual class rooms, doing her assignments, and accessing WIFI from multiple locations.

Purchased this for my son as a backup computer for and internship he is involved in this semester. It performs as advertised when he is dealing with large amounts of data for his research work. Was also able to purchase it while it was on sale at BB.

Bought this for my mom to replace an old Dell Inspiron desktop. Mostly used for paying bills and now Zoom calls and she loves it. It’s very lightweight and looks sleek. Processor is fast and pages load quickly. So far very happy with my purchase.

Only complaint is the pre-loaded software from HP and AVG. Every time I open the computer, ads and browser pop up! Otherwise, a good computer. Touchpad could use separate buttons vs one piece.

This machine is slower than I'd like, but it does run the games I play, (World of Warcraft and Dungeons and Dragons Online, specifically), it plays YouTube videos, Netflix, and Vudu without any real hitches, but takes longer to load pages and apps than I'd like. The screen is fair, so it isn't perfectly crisp, but it isn't overly fuzzy either. The audio is fairly loud considering it's a laptop and they don't always have the best sound capabilities. Being a touch screen hasn't yet had any real affect on me either way, but I guess it'd be nice to be able to draw directly on the screen maybe? I haven't really tried that bit out. Overall , it's not a bad machine.

I am getting used to a laptop but have always used HP products and this model gives me everything I need and once I added the external mouse finding everything quite easily. I like having the portability and the keyboard is easy to navigate.

Dylan Handelman went to great lengths helping me to choose a new computer. I was having a hard time trying to decide between two computers but he was able to show me the differences. Dylan is a very capable representative and an asset to Best Buy.

This laptop was acquired through a replacement that was available to us through our geek squad protection plan, although I really enjoyed the original product this laptop has not let us down and has functioned very well.

The reason I have such a great product has to due with the Customer service I received from the Mansfield Best Buy-Cliff Emmanuel understood what I needed and was able to help me find the best choice. In this time of COVID that is not easy!
