Had laptop for a month and haven’t had any major issues. Touchpad is horrible, but I purchased a wireless mouse to rectify. Plastic encasing is not very sturdy, you can pop it back in place.

Works great and has a lot of suction. Only thing i miss is a cord rewind or a better spot to store the card. Pay attention to which accessories come with the unit you are buying the spin head for stairs was not included with our Shark Deluxe.

I originally purchased this for my son to do online school with but he preferred using his Chromebook. I decided to to keep it for myself as my laptop was getting old and was too heavy. I'm so glad I kept it. I love this laptop.

great laptop but battery went out already. overall loved this laptop until it stopped charging properly. now it will not charge atall.

I needed a new computer and went online at Best Buy to shop since we are told to Stay Home, Stay Safe. I chose the HP Laptop and have been very satisfied with the ease of use, the keyboard, etc. I would definitely recommend this unit,

I wanted something fairly inexpensive for connecting to the internet to play music at work and this does the job nicely. I did have to buy a connector so I could blue tooth to an external speaker, but it has been worth the money.

Had some features we didn't care for but we deleted them and are happy with the machine. Works well. HP sends automatic updates which is a nice feature. We can download them or not. Also sends update if the printer needs a refill.

Purchased approximately 3 weeks ago, my first computer, much to learn but so far I am happy that I purchased this item. Has good specs and seemed a very good price for what was on it. Great sales associates and support from Geek Squad.

No complaints so far, being used for on-line Masters classes. Runs strong and long as described. The “S Mode” feature for prohibiting downloads of non- Microsoft approved Apps is an option you should be able to turn off and back on.

This laptop is light and has a nice display, however, it started having battery issues about a year and a half after purchasing.

Nice laptop with lots of memory and fast SSD drive. I'll be using it to study a new programming language so don't really need a large capacity drive. Processor is fast enough for my needs! Price is reasonable for what I'm getting.

The laptop has been slow once I had to turn the power button on and off 3x to get it started. The screen freezer during g sessions. It's not my wifi connection because my tablet and phones dont freeze. Only the laptop and its brand new

Good laptop. Bad timing for purchasing because I am not good with Technology. I bought Student Office and can’t load it. I have an appointment Monday to see if I even need the antivirus software! Trend would not load either.

I use this laptop for streaming on Twitch and its perfect. The only drawback I had with it is that there are only 2 USB slots but, other than that, it meets all the requirements for streaming. The video quality is top notch too.

The physical appearance is clean and attractive. The operation is quiet, quick and comfortable. Great product, no issues. I am a novice with these type products, usually have had desk tops, my first venture and happy with it.

Fires up fast, screen resolution great, large enough to see well, keyboard is a little “spacy” between the keys, but not horrible by any means. Would have bought a second one if in stock when it was time to buy my husband’s!

The only thing i have against it is there isn't enough usb ports, no cd rom and apparently when i plug up my mp3 it doesn't read my files. I personally don't think it was worth what i paid for it but it's still a good laptop.

My wife needed a new PC for personal and work from home use. After a lot of research, we went with this one. Not only is it powerful, it's great working with all sorts of remote access and works a second monitor like a charm.

I have had my previous HP laptop for 6 years and it is slow in loading up. My new HP laptop is fast and while doing research for school work I do not have to wait what seems like forever for the information I am searching for.
