3 out of 5 stars. The battery drains very quickly (within 3 hours). So disappointed! Has to be plugged in when watching a movie, etc.

This is my third HP Laptop and all have performed very well with no repairs or problems. All three are still in use and one is almost 5 years old. I expect this one to be just as good. Bought it for my son and he is very happy.

I bought this laptop for our kids to do school work and Zoom meetings on with their teachers. I have actually used it more than they have! Good looking laptop with plenty of ram for what we need it for. No complaints so far!

This laptop is useful, lightweight, and great for writing. I would recommend installing Microsoft Office on it; it only comes with 365, and it's limited. I still keep discovering new things my laptop can do! Very Happy Customer

LOVE IT! This has become my work laptop, and it is just so fast! I love that it only takes 3 seconds to start up, and the way this thing doesn't even make a sound is amazing!

I had high hopes for this laptop but was very disappointed by the poor screen resolution almost right out the box. Also, the fan is pretty loud compared to other laptops.

We bought this for our daughter and it exceeds her needs. Will serve her for a long time. 2nd one (last one stolen while going to school) we bought from you for her and we’re very pleased both times with shipping.

Very fast computer and good memory specs for the price. Although the display on the computer is supper outdated. The display is what really brings this computer down.

Needed a good computer to switch to work from home and this one fit the bill. Great for working from home, but equally as good as a home computer. Love the screen size and the fact that it is still a touchscreen.

I use it for browsing internet, check email, watch movies on you tube, do my online Classes, Microsoft word comes in handy, picture is clear, I'm not a computer wiz but it does what I expected and I'm satisfied.

It is smaller than the one I had and without a CD drive, but I'm getting used to it. I am not fond of the fact that it plugs micro-soft every chance it gets, but you learn to live with it. All and all it works well.

I must say that the staff in the computer department were a huge help to narrow down the perfect laptop for my needs. Not only did they find it but also helped with the progressive leasing program Best Buy offers.

I was very disappointed with Windows 10S. Especially when the security disk that was free with purchase was unable to be installed with 10S. I should have done a little more research on this operating system.

Bought this laptop to work with photoshop only, and it works pretty smooth, the only bad thing is that the touch is not supported by the adobe photoshop software but thats problem of the software not the computer.

The laptop works well but I don’t like the Microsoft Edge. The picture quality is good and it is pretty fast. But not as fast as it was in the store where I bought it. Overall it was a good buy.

It took a lot of time to get external monitor working. hp support could not help after spending one whole day chatting. It only started to work properly after I plugged in portable hard drive from old computer.

Needed to quickly buy a new laptop for my wife under COVID-19 circumstance. This is not a super high spec laptop but good enough for light users. Also a large, 15.6 inch touch screen makes the operation easy.

Really great computer. Bought for my daughter for her college years. Has worked really well for her to do work on and even watch movies on netflix or disney plus on her down time.
