Performance is like night and day from old Windows 7. The 12GB memory and the SSD with Optane memory combination appears make a really good performance computer. BTW, I do not use it as a Gamer.

The geek squad is great. They helped me a lot to become familiar with Windows 10. Everyone told I would not like Windows 10 but it is easy to use.

Great value laptop. I use it daily for school and photo editing. No signs of wear or slowing down. Plus, the extra 12GB of RAM definitely pack a punch. A smooth ride all around.

This is a great laptop that I bought for my mother to update her to windows 10. Has a 512 GB solid-state drive which is perfect for her. The speed is amazing and the Wi-Fi card as fast!

Feature packed laptop for the price. The extra memory (above 8gb) really does make a difference. We use these in a business environment and every on we have provided them to love them.

Nice laptop, HP has gotten the overheating problem fixed and I’m very satisfied. I don’t use laptops much but it works great for the wife for her games with no issues.

Great computer for an adult returning to college. Am able to use word office easily to create graphs and diagrams. Screen is clear and keyboard is comfortable and well spaced.
