All new and all good. Do wish I could figure out how to make the audio work during Zoom without having to use my headset. Also, I don't seem to have the video of myself viewable.

Use this for school, can run many windows at once with no slowdown. Runs games fine, speakers are loud. Keyboard is flat so thats a bit jard to type on.

I really like this laptop. It's quick, but what I like most about it is the keyboard. It's quiet and has a nice "feel" where I'm able to type faster than on my previous laptop.

I like this computer. The touch screen is convenient. Two drawbacks are that it doesn't hold its charge long - has to be charged everyday. The keyboard is extremely touchy.

It has performed better than some of the more expensive options I have tried. I am not a gamer or heavy user by any means so it processes fast enough and so far no major issues.

We bought this laptop because of teleschool. The laptop was very appropriate for teleschool. I have a Kindergarten kid and he was able to use this immediately out of the box.

I was looking for a laptop to use mainly for work and school. This is a good laptop, the price was reasonable and it has more than what I need. I’d definitely buy it again.

Great computer. Only downside is that it boots you off the internet if you don’t use it for awhile and I tried to go into the settings to change it. And couldn’t figure it out.

set up was quick and easy, the main reason I bought it though was for school and couldn't set up the apps I wanted so had to changed a few settings, overall pretty good so far

This laptop replaced my desktop computer when it quit working. I could wish for more memory but since i have all my documents and pictures backed up, I lost very little.

I have always had good experience with HP laptops and this one is no exception. The keyboard works well compared to other brands. The extra memory makes a difference.
