We're average laptop users. Email, the paper, some games and general fie and picture storage. The key pad is easy to use even for my husband who is 6'4" and large hands.

This was our first HP within the house. My wife absolutely loves this system. I'm looking at purchasing an HP for my next laptop, as I'm that impressed with it.

Lightweight, quick speed, suitable for streaming, browsing, and light gaming. Only issue is it does get quite hot, but other than that it does all that was described.

I finally got this product. I have been looking for this product over the years. But the one I saw in the past was i3 with the same 12 GB 256 GB 16 and 12gb 24 gb 256 gb.

I am not really program savy and do not use touch screen or pad I use a mouse. Its far more than I need but I think I will keep it. just wish it had a larger hard drive

I needed something simple, also at a fair price and the employee directed me to this HP and its been great ever since. Hope I won't need to buy a new one for a while.

This is a nice laptop for internet, office and general home use. Works great for kids homework and internet surfing. The level of components is good for the price.

Love it. My daughter helped me pick it out and it was perfect for my needs. My old computer was dying so this one will take it’s place and should last me quite a while.

I like the vivid color of the screen. I had my last laptop for about 13 years til it would no longer accept updates and caught fire. No complaints for this product.

I’ve only had it for 1 month, but it’s been good so far. Really haven’t given it much use. I only use it for personal thing, not work, so it serves its purpose.

Needed a new laptop for trading in the market. This does a good job handling what I need with multiple screens open. Bought a second one for my daughter too.

the employee on the phone took care of all my questions and when I arrived at the store they were quick to bring my product out and maintain safe communications.

The safe feature is still on and have to wait for the quarantine to be over to take it in. It also has completely quit working. I am using my old Toshiba for now.

When I was looking for a laptop this HP had 12GB of RAM. The highest in the store. The processor fly during the boot up.

My old computer was so slow and so I am loving the quick response with my HP laptop. I am enjoying the new features and that it can be linked to my smart phone.

I am a fairly light user, I surf the internet and do emails, spreadsheets and word documents. I do not play any on line games. This computer is fine for my needs.
