Bought this for the wife to use in her small vinyl business, it has worked as it should and have run all the necessary software for all the plotters and cutters.

We ordered this laptop online . Came just as we expected and we are enjoying it ! Perfect for what we needed as part of our home office while working at home

I had to have a CD drive in a laptop and I was able to get one.

Computer is nice to travel with compact in size and light. In my home office I have large Dell screen and a remote logitech keyboard. Small to large as needed.

Bought at a great price. Very Nice laptop. Performs very well. I have been please with purchases I made at Best Buy I just purchased a 65” smart tv from them.

This laptop is lightweight and does everything I needed to do with ease Nice quality camera and have never had problems with the sound

Only issue / no internet jack. My wireless connection is extremely poor No mouse movement Unable to fix via BIOS update Only 2 USB Input So far so good

We bought this for our daughter who is in college and needed a good reliable laptop. We are completely satisfied and the webroot software we installed on it.

I actually did quite a bit of research and just went with this laptop. Many great extras for the low price. Must see if looking for a less expensive laptop.

Kids can manipulate with ease and seems sturdy enough to survive handling by my six year old. Start up is quick. I think it is a good average computer.

Won't accept many of my older programs. Tells me I need to select a new one. None of the new ones have the features that I use on a regular basis. Now what?

Took a while to FINALLY finalyze everything Great product but have never. before this purchase ..had so much trouble gettingveverything finalized

Only problem was the new laptop was much more advanced than the current one so it meant new monitor and cables. No worries as everything is just fine.

I love the touch screen and the laptop works very well. The price was great. I use for homework mostly and occasionally watch videos online. Great buy.

Easy to use after getting used to the way the the touch pad works. Good for what I need it for at home.could use more memory if you need to store stuff.

I bought this device as a gift for someone in another country. I have not heard anything negative so far so I take it, the device is working as it should.

Great for work, has enough memory for multitasking and some gaming. Can handle very basic games ie fortnite, Minecraft, rocket league
